Recommendable for familys and pepole who want to relax.

Mr. Bozidar is a great host and a real gentleman. The Appartement was very clean. We've been visiting with out little baby (1 yr) so we've been asking for a toddlers bed if possible, this request was fullfilled up front and the toddlers bed was already in place as we arrived. Our apparment on the top floor had 2 ACs and a washing maschine what topped our expectations! The communication with the host was easy and felt very pleasent. They have a cute little white dog whos very friendly to kids, we've never ever heard a sound oft the dog and could only see him while exiting and entering the appartment. Our host Mr. Bozidar seemed to be selective with this guests, so that all the other guests were nice and quiet pepole too. All together it was a great expirience with the accomodation and the surroundig.

We've nothing to complain about! Really, we don't!

Lovely place near the beach

This apartments are really just 2 minutes from the beach. The room looks exactly like on the pics, our room was renovated and clean, the cleaning lady made it up every 2nd day. The kitchen had a fridge and cooking facilities, a few things were missing, but we just had to ask and got everything from the staff. The owner and his family are extremely nice and friendly people, they really helped us in everything. The beach near there was great, we loved it that evening was in 2 minutes walk: restaurants, supermarket, bank etc. . I would come back and recommend this place if you look for a basic and friendly place in a lovely village near to the beach.

Good location, near sea side, good price, nice host, clean and tidy.

There was no hot nor warm water to take a shower every night, because so many people used the water and bed was not comfortable.

Superb

Apartments are really close to the beach, less than 2 minute walk. But if you walk 10-15 minutes to the left along the shore you will find more quiet beach. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay when in Becici or Rafailovici.

Clean and well maintained apartment

The cleanliness. The host is friendly. We enjoyed the balcony. The location is just few steps to the beach. The shop is just a few steps also.

The television doesn't have English channels except one sports channel.

Simple,nice short stay near Budva

Great location,near the beach.Spacious balcony.Also a nice shuttle service.

Absolutely no view at all from our apartement,many pieces of equipment were unclean when we arrived.

The host was nice, provided us with good opportunities for cruises and also helped us immediately upon arrival with the parking of the car - without that, we would have had difficulties with the car, the cost of parking in the area was at least 8 euro / day. The manager, Bojidar, speaks English very well, while the other staff only the basics, but the communication was ok. The apartment was large enough and generally well equipped, although the only air conditioning unit sometimes was barely enough for both rooms. The location was excellent, close to the sandy beach of Rafailovic and right across a small supermarket where you could find almost anything until 11 or 12 pm.

The most problems were related to the bathroom. First of all the water temperature was fluctuant - generally it was not hot enough at the peak hours, and that was when we wanted to get our shower - for the kids it was particularly difficult. Whenever we had a shower a puddle of water was forming near the shower cabin, so all the time we needed a towel on the floor in the bathroom. Also, the shower cabin did not have a proper slope and water remained there - it led to a bit of smell sometimes with stagnating water for a long time. The other main problem was related to noise insulation of the walls. We could hear other guests speaking, moving chairs on their floor, etc - in particular during the night when there was silence.

Boravili smo u Tanja apartmanima 5 danai I zao mi je sto nismo bili u prilici da ostanemo I neki Dan duze , sto cemo ispraviti prvom prilikom 😀. Za nas ugodan boravak I bezbrizan odmor su se postarali fenomenalni I ljubazni domacini, Koji su uvek na usluzi, spremni da pomognu za sve sto treba, I definitivno su premasili nasa ocekivanja. Porodica se maksimalno Trudi oko ovog mesta I gostiju. Cistoca apartmana je na vrhunskom nivou, I na raspolaganju su vam dodatni peskiri i ostale potrepstine svakoga Dana. Prostora ima dovoljno I kupatilo je uredno i taman prostrano, pritisak vode odlican I tople vode(ko preferira) ima uvek. Prikazane slike na booking.com su verodostojne. Spremacica je ljubazna, dikretna I temeljna. Mi ne spremamo hranu ubapartmanu ali se cini da vam je celokupan pribor za kuvanje na raspolaganju. Pogled sa terase treceg sprata se pruza na centar setalista Rafailovica, more I dve karakteristicne palme ispred restorana Porat. Do plaze vas deli svega maksimalnih pedeset metara Ako I toliko.... A iza coska se nalaze svi restorani i ostala desavanja. Kome je bitno wi-fi je odlican, tako da moze da se uziva u Netflix, max I ostalom filmskom repertoaru bez seckanja I muke sto realno znam da Bude problem tokom letovanja Ali ovde sigurno ne. Veliki pozdrav za divnu porodicu, starosedeoce I nase divne domacine. Videcemo se ponovo.

Hjelpsom og imøtekommende vert som alltid møtte oss med et smil når vi kom til leiligheten. Rene, fine og godt utstyrte rom som ble rengjort hver dag. Aircondition funket utmerket, noe som jo er viktig for oss skandinavere ;-) Leiligheten ligger midt i den lille koselige byen Rafailovici. Leiligheten ligger like ved Rafailovici Beach,men vi besøkte Budva Kamenovo Beach hver dag, ligger ca 350 meter til venstre fra leiligheten. Veldig fin strand med gode solsenger og restaurant. Flere hyggelige restauranter og noen butikker rett ved leiligheten. Vi gikk til Budva en dag -langs stranden, tok ca 1 time. Taxi til Budva kostet 250 nok.
