Beautiful views and a convenient location.

The place is more spacious than it appears in the photos, with beautiful views and a convenient location near the main beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend Svetionik!

There was only one small issue with the apartment: when the neighbors in the next apartment switch on their living room air conditioner, a constant buzzing noise resonates into the small bedroom, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly we picked this hotel last minute as we did have another hotel booked but it was inconvenient for us up very steep hills with a pushchair so we booked this hotel and it was amazing I can't fault one bit the location was lovely the views was beautiful and the room was very big and clean it was a perfect hotel to book

It's not perfect, but it's good and worthy.

I enjoyed the view and the clean room. The host was friendly and willing to assist with information and laundry. Although the cleaner didn't speak English well, she was kind, patient, and eager to help.

The host lied about the bed. He said the king-size bed could be split into two twins, but it wasn't. Luckily, there was a sofa. One morning, there was no hot water, but it was fixed by noon.

Perfect as a base for exploration

Excellent location with great parking, perfect as a base for exploring the Montenegro coastline. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Hosts are very helpful and accommodating.

Did not bother us, but be mindful that even though it's right on the beach, the apartment is quite high and requires that you climb up/down a lot of steps to get to the beachfront.

Perfect location with a great view

Beautiful view from the balcony (I'll remember these sunsets forever), friendly hosts, a lot of space. They also gave us a parking lot which was really close to a flat, that was super comfortable, thanks! Cleaning was also very good and regular.

There were ants in the kitchen, unfortunately. For the rest it was perfect.

Great location, views, and staff. However, it's missing some necessities and can get pretty hot.

The staff was - the person working that day waited for us even though we were arriving late. She also helped us with the tourist visa. Tha main advantage of the place is the location. There is a nice small beach just a step away and countless restaurants. Also, a short taxi ride to the old town of Budva. And the view - we had a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains, gorgeous sunsets!

It was missing some basic necessities - shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. The TV didn't have any streaming which was a bit disappointing, it's just something you expect from apartments/hotels. Finally, the A/C does not reach the bedroom so it was hot for people sleeping in the bedroom.

Very good

The penthouse view is beautiful and overlooks the water as well as Rafailovici and Becici. The room was clean and spacious.

Considering its the penthouse suite, we expected the facilities to be a lot better. The shower leaks after every use causing the entire bathroom to flood. There was a mop there to clean it up which shows that it is already a known issue. I recommend an updated ironing board as the current one can barely stand and the cover on it is ripped which makes it difficult to iron.

The apartmentsi are at the excellent location close to the beach with few minutes walk to the most famous Kamenovo beach. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikola and Marina. I will definitely recommend it and I will be coming back next year.

the sea view apartament was nice, big rooms, quite big balcony too.

parking is a big big big joke, they have like 3-4 parking lots for the entire apartment building, parking places are extremely small and narrow and not suitable for a regular car bigger than a Smart. Marina which administrates the building first gave us the smallest parking lot between the 3 available at that moment so we crashed the car (nice start to our Balkan tour) trying to fit in there; after this she finally offered us the other parking lot which was let’s say more suitable for the size of our car. So yeah, our holiday started with a big disappointment; anyway everyday was super stressful because the few parking lots were almost always blocked buy cars stopping there illegally without even leaving a mobile number, so pretty much everyday we had to spend between 30’ and 1h to leave. It was a huge nightmare I don’t recommend to anyone. Also, I don’t recommend choosing particularly August for your holiday at Svetionik, prices are huge compared to early September for example…).

Client service was exceptional. We were provided with everyrhing we needed, the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is also very good and the views are spectacular.

The bathroom is a little "tired" and the couch could be cleaner. The air con is only in the living area ao the nights were a little bit hot.

We had an amazing vacation there. The apartment was very clean, with a beautiful sea view. The communication with the host was just perfect, we followed Nevena s recommendations. We enjoyed the Rafailovici beach every day of our stay. We can t wait to come back!
