The first floor condo has no steps inside and is situated on immense lawn towards the west and features a private lanai that is very private and overlooks the grass. Here you can relax in the luxury of the beautiful grounds which feature a sparkling stream, winding walkways and a refreshing swimming pool and spa. Close by are the Wailea Resort's renowned tennis club and three championship golf courses plus first class shopping.
Our home is your home away from home with all the basics in the pantry. We personally respond quickly to your requests and have a on island contact and cleaner if you need anything locally. The Palms is a stunning Mediterranean style property that is incredibly maintained and the landscaping makes you feel like you are in a five star resort that the Lanais overlook. We love being able to run out our front door and along the beaches only 7 mins away! The Sunsets are the best on the Island as the picture is framed with Palms trees and the sun sets longer over Lanai and throws the clouds with all shades of colors. We take our lawn chairs and sun downers and sit every night on the lawn to catch these.
King Master Bedroom with a private newly renovated deep soaking tub with shower, Contemporary floating double sink vanity. Living room features 2 Uber deluxe 6" mattresses on the 2 pull-out Queen bed couches with extra bedding provided and memory soft toppers. Guest bath features brand new renovation contemporary tile and vanity.
Keawakapu Beach is a short stroll from the Palms at Wailea where you can snorkel along its rocky northern terminus, boogie board or take long tropical beach walks.

Wailea is known for its five beautiful, crescent-shaped beaches and stellar golf courses, Wailea is a luxurious resort community in South Maui that spans 1,500 acres of land with staggering ocean views. The area exudes a sense of privacy, serenity and freedom spread across an area three times the size of Waikiki.
The area’s signature beaches include Wailea Beach, named “America’s Best Beach” in 1999, Polo Beach, with excellent swimming and snorkeling, and Ulua Beach Park, where early morning and sunset walkers and joggers abound. The Wailea Blue, Wailea Gold and Wailea Emerald courses make up the 54 holes of championship golf that have made Wailea so famous.
Drive south about 6 miles down the coast and you’ll reach Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve, which boasts a renowned snorkeling area and coastal lava field. My husband and I stayed here 10 days and really loved our time at this nicely decorated, well located condo, being close to numerous beaches, shops and restaurants. The unit is very well stocked with everything you need.Mandy was absolutely fantastic in her communication and response time !We would highly recommend this unit at the Palms and hope to return again in the near future!

Nothing fancy but everything necessary available. We have stayed at the Palms several times and this is the second time there has been a malfunction of the hot tube. Not a big deal but when the weather is cool or rainy it is nice to have a functioning hot tub. This is an HOA issue.
