Palms at Wailea #1101 is an ocean view ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, high speed wireless, and with air conditioned. It can sleep up to 6 people.
The ocean views from Palms at Wailea #1101 are magnificent. Enjoy outside dining from a large lanai. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Cable TV/DVD players and for those who like to stay in touch while on vacation there is complimentary high speed internet service. The condo is air conditioned in both the living room and master bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout. Although bedroom 2 has no a/c, it does receive a good amount of cool air from the living room. It has a king bed in the bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. It can sleep up to 6. There are a few steps leading up to this ground floor unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Truly better than expected. Great kitchen, comfortable seating, plenty of room all around for my husband, my adult nephew and myself! View great, only a very short walk to the wonderful pool and not that much longer to the beach.

We have stayed at the Palms over 20 times now and every experience is a great one! The condo was clean and well equipped! It’s probably my favorite so far because it has the best view of the ocean , compared to the others we’ve stayed in. I will definitely look into staying here again

We have vacationed in Hawaii and here at The Palms in Wailea many times. We always love it ! The condo unit we stayed in this year is our favorite ! We will return !

Great view, huge lanai was best part of this condo. Kitchen was also nicely appointed. Otherwise the condo is "tired" and needs new flooring throughout, lots of lights didn't work (bulbs maybe burned out) and beds were very uncomfortable
