Palms at Wailea #1902 is an upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps 6 and has an open, spacious floor plan. It features air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and high speed internet. Stainless steel oven and microwave have been installed since the photos were taken. The oversized lanai is perfect for lounging and dining while enjoying the beautiful garden and mountain views. Twin extra long beds in the second bedroom can be made as a king upon request. There's also a king bed and a sofa bed. The television is equipped with basic cable plus HBO MAX, Showtime, Sports View, and the Starz Encore bundle. Palms at Wailea #1902 sleeps 6. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

We had a great stay, enjoyed quiet place, close to beaches and stores around. Kid had great time at the pool. Most of the common day to day items were available and no problems over roll. Thank you to the Host.

Beautiful property and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space and we loved the lanai. Very comfortable with many amenities. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed in this unit before and love it!
The air conditioners all died on our trip. A closet door repeatedly jumped the track and needed to be put back in place.
The property management company was unbelievable in accommodating us and doing everything in their power to make it right.
