Description
A well kept single level family home with a large fully fenced yard and pool. Inside has been fully renovated with modern finishes. Having aircon throughout you will be comfortable all day and night. The living area and kitchen is open plan which allows you to look out to the generous yard and pool. 3 well sized rooms with beautiful comfy beds. We offer free WIFI and Foxtel. There is a Weber BBQ.
Far Beach and fantastic parks are a short walk as the Base Hospital and Mater Hospital very close vey car.
Lounge/dining/kitchen
This open space allows you to feel connected to the outside. You can see the yard and pool from each space which makes it less stress if you have kids.

Location
3km to the city centre where you'll find cafes, restaurants, cinema, Caneland Shopping Centre, a whole shopping precinct and lots more. Mackay airport is less then 5 kms away. The Base and Mater Hospitals are both a short trip away also. Mackay football Stadium is a short walk up the road as is the local basketball stadium and cricket club Harrup Park.
Mackay has so many fantastic parks to choose from as well as an amazing water park.

The house was neat and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Mackay. The pool was great for cooling off in .

Overall it is a great place to stay with family and having the pool was an added bonus.
Downside was the cleanliness of the property was not the best. It was rather dirty but once we gave a tidy we were happy.
