internet service was terrible didn’t work at all until I downloaded TPLINK application and configured all needed to have internet - practically I fixed the internet service. we had 1.5 days without internet the host haven’t helped at all and sent unfriendly staff that don’t speak a word in English. it was very bad experience as is it highly needed the hot tub was too hot and not usable.

The location of the Chalet is wonderful, just next to the forest, so the view is absolutely amazing and the neighbourhood is very calm. The beds are very comfortable. In general Chalet is quite well equipped, however there is only one apartment with a washing machine - which is problematic, if you want to book this place for 2 weeks (so be careful which apartment you book). The sauna outside is great with a beautiful view. The contact with people who serviced apartments was good, via booking they are very nice and helpful. There are parking space for the guests! The area around the Chalet is well maintained, the owners take care of this place. The weakest point is the internet, the service is not always available, definitely not available in the whole apartment - I had to do some TCs and it was problematic, I used a hotspot, but we came from abroad, so it was not that easy like for locals. One bedroom is practically blind (there is a window, but no access to daylight). Unfortunately you can hear people from other apartments. Overall, we are very pleased and if we come back to Ponte di Legno, we will probably choose this place again :) We can truly recommend it, just be aware of some small imperfections to avoid disappointments.

We had a beautiful stay in casa cozzine. Location is ideal, the nature at your doorstep: hiking, biking, Ponte di Legno just 5 minutes away for restaurants, shops and other entertainment. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day out. Jean Pietro was very helpful and punctual and there to assist with any requests.
