Impeccabile .

La casa è in una posizione vicina ad ogni tipo di comfort , centro , ristoranti ed altro . Mi ha stupito il fantastico terrazzo con una vista molto molto bella , la pulizia impeccabile della casa , e la pace che si poteva trovare all’interno della camera . Cucina molto funzionale , se potessi dare un voto superiore al 10 non esiterei a darlo . Tornerò sicuramente spesso per i miei viaggi di lavoro .

Appartamento accettabile ma sicuramente migliorabile

L'appartamento internamente è accogliente e dotato di un' ampia terrazza con tavolo, ombrellone e lettini. La televisione è sia in camera che nel soggiorno. Molto apprezzata la presenza della lavastoviglie.

1) Il divano letto è sfondato e cigolante, con difficoltà di apertura e non particolarmente pulito. 2) Le pentole inutilizzabili perché molto rovinate; ne ho acquistate alcune io. 3) La lavatrice è mal funzionante. 4) Per buttare la pattumiera bisogna fare circa 1 km. 5) L 'appartamento è posizionato tra case fatiscenti. 6) Non è molto vicino al centro del paese. 7) Per accedere all'appartamento c'è una scala molto ripida che andrebbe segnalata perché può rappresentare un problema per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

La presenza della macchinetta del caffè e del bollitore dell'acqua, completo di capsule di caffè, bustine di the/tisane e zucchero.
