Madrugada Old City

We loved the location of this hotel and enjoyed the hot tub and views of the town. The room was clean and the staff were friendly when they checked us in. Air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfy. Stari Grad is an awesome place to visit; it's much more laid back than Hvar - we found a nice swimming spot to watch the sunset (walking distance), rented a VW Bug for the day to visit other parts of the island (the rental for that is just outside the entrance) and enjoyed several restaurants in town. The staff even provided me with a parking spot that I used the entire time I was there.

I can't complain about this hotel. At first we thought it may be slightly odd that it's above a supermarket, but we found it extremely convenient. FYI, the front desk to check-in is up the stairs on the left side of the building.

It was nice, spacious, and cleaned. The location was in a prime spot close to restaurants, bars, cafes.

Everything was great for the time me and family was there.

Annika made us very welcome. The room is well presented and clean.

Central location, yet quiet.

The hotel was a little bit hard to find. The air conditioning in the room was difficult to use, minifridge wasn’t very cold, and there weren’t enough places to hang your towels and swimsuits.
