Quiet location just outside of Switzerland, so perfect for train trips

Very comfortable, great kitchen, quiet, cool despite high temperatures. Close to train station for day trips

Clean and comfortable apartment. One stop away from Rheinfalls. Short walk from train station and supermarkets. Easy access by train to Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen, Rheinfalls and Zurich. Friendly hosts.

Short uphill walk from station to apartment but not a big issue.

The rooms were more than adequate. The price was very fair.

There was just one bathroom. The house was farther from the train station than expected, and it was all uphill.

Superb

It's a very good equipped apartment especially when staying as a family or with friends. Adults can find several board games, TV and Netflix, and small outdoor terrace. Kids can enjoy coloring books and comics. Kitchen is an interesting part as well. It is definitely equipped good for longer stays. We've found there much more than expected. We stayed here for a night on our way home from vacation in Italy. I wish our kitchen in Italy was equipped that good. The owner is very nice and positive person. Even thought we've arrived late, he was kind, showed to our kids stuff they could use to entertain themselves, which let us unpack stressless while they were busy.

Quaint little spot for a family.

Apartment was very tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. It was also a nice location and very quiet. Host was very prompt and friendly with check in.

The bathroom had a weird smell eminating from the plumbing when we checked in. I messaged the host and advised him this was a plumbing issue. He acknowledged the feedback and recommended we use an air freshener to help manage the odour.

A very homely feel accommodation. The host is very helpful and responsive whenever we msg him. The unit is the basement unit in the house of the owner and is very well maintained and comfortable. We love the place.

The unit is away from the main road but it's not a problem for us since we have a car. And the unit turns out to be very quiet.

The apartment served it's purpose, and the host was very helpful via WhatsApp.

Plenty of beds for our family of 5. TV worked well so we were able to relax that evening. Beds were OK. Bathroom was fine.

A fan would have been nice to have in the bedroom. Pillows could have been nicer.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel, bien situé, à 10min des chutes en voiture.

Uniquement un contact par mail, nous n’avons pas vu les propriétaires. L’appartement est en sous-sol, un peu enterré, donc vue sur des murs.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht weit zum Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Parkplätze.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist super, groß für eine Ferienwohnung und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften sogar den Garten und den Pool mit benutzen und uns Tomaten holen ;-) Der Vermieter Serkan war sehr freundlich und gab uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ca. 20 Minuten vom Rheinfall und jeweils eine Stunde nach Zürich oder an den Bodensee entfernt. Falls wir wieder mal in den Schwarzwald fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Schöner Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden des Rheinfalls und der Umgebung. Wir haben vieles erradelt, die Wege entlang des Rheins sind sehr schön, sowohl für Wanderer, als auch für Radler.

Kellerwohnung ist halt immer Kellerwohnung und bleibt es auch. Trotzdem waren in jedem Raum Fenster, es war hell. Das Bad ist großzügig und voll funktionsfähig, aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Appartamento carino e comodo per visitare le cascate di Sciaffusa

L'alloggio è molto carino, si trova su una collina ed è dotato di due camere separate e una zona salotto che però non abbiamo potuto usufruire per mancanza di tempo. In pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto le cascate di Sciaffuga e il proprietario è stato molto gentile.

Il bagno è un po' datato e i letti non sono molto comodi. Sarebbe meglio avere un doppio cuscino. La biancheria non è stirata e anche se è pulita non fa una bella impressione. Non abbiamo trovato tutti gli asciugamani per 4 persone,forse una dimenticanza? Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene. Spero che quanto scritto serva per migliorare il servizio.
