Ferienhäuser Immenhöfe

This well-equipped house is set in a beautiful, green, and wonderfully quiet area. Tim, the host, was warm and accommodating, helping us with everything we needed – though we had no issues at all, as the house and its amenities are exceptionally well-kept, sparkling clean, and feel brand new. Our kids loved meeting the horses that roam the surrounding fields during the day. Immenhöfe is just a short drive from supermarkets and bakeries. Be sure to check out the farmer's market in Villingen on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and visit the tranquil Riedsee – it’s the perfect picnic spot to enjoy your market treats! It’s also a great base for exploring the Black Forest, Konstanz, and even the Rhine Falls in Switzerland. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It strikes the perfect balance: spacious yet cozy, quiet and private yet easily accessible, and simply stunning. We already miss the sunrises and sunsets from the porch!

We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four (two adults and two kids). The house is fantastic for families and fully equipped—we had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Tim was super nice and always available to help with any questions. the location is perfect for trips and local attractions, and the view is absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this place; we had a wonderful experience!

It can get pretty hot during the summer but Tim can offer a fan if needed.

De rust en de ruimte. Heerlijk ruim huis met alles erop en eraan. Goede bedden. Het uitzicht was prachtig, je kan kilometers ver kijken naar alle kanten. Aardige huiseigenaar.

Niets

Beautiful and clean property, exactly like the pictures! Very comfortable beds and all amenities. Close enough to drive to a lot of towns and activities in black forest. Really close to Switzerland too. The nearby town has enough food and drinks options, though it is a 7-10 min drive. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They also offer a breakfast bread service which is convenient as the town is a short drive away and there aren't any options nearby (afaik). We will definately be back!

Nothing everything was great!
