Excellent stay!

The property was excellent. So spacious, clean and modern. A baby package was included which was so kind. A cot, changing table, bath, toy box and high chair. Everything was in excellent condition like new.

Amazing place - super family friendly

Place absolutely met and even exceeded our expectations: high quality interior and design, comfortable, spacious, well isolated and super quiet. Blackout blinds for great sleep and comfy bed. Extremely well stocked kitchen, everything clean and in good condition- you could really stay here longer and cook properly. Small dishwasher also very convenient and super clean (also the filter which is often not the case in rental apartments!). Self check in, very easy, clear and convenient. We travelled with a 9 month old baby and this place was perfect: enough space and clean for him to roam around on the floor...! Babybed, changing, table, diaper bag, high chair, baby bathtub and towel, children's plates - were all provided and are in super condition! Could have not been more comfortable with a small child! Free parking in front of the house, super close to Kurpark, city center and thermal baths. With the Dreiweltencard you have access to many sights in the area, we stayed only 2 night so didn't have time to benefit as much as we would have liked.

Place is perfect, I would say the only thing that would be nice to add and make it even better: provide shower gel, shampoo and some teabags... Given that there is coffee, dishwasher product and soap its a bit surprising not to find those items upon arrival.

A very cozy and big place for a lovely stay in Black Forest area

Location good to reach the spa Solemar, as well as close to other attractions of Black Forest by car. The appartment was very big, well equiped and nicely decorated.

Superb

What a wonderful location. Just opposite the Kurpark and 10 minutes very leisurely walk through this park to the wonderful Solemar Spas. The appartement building is very tastefully and lovingly designed with a lot of natural materials used and we three felt instantly at ease and in holiday mode in our appartement 'Grüne Tanne'. We had three entries to the Solemar Spas included in the price, which was great as well. Our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful with advise etc. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped, quite good located, a walking distance from SPA, restaurants and shops.

A bit cold 2-day-stay in a roomy flat in Winter time in a quite cold Bad Dürrheim

Very clean, a lot of space for 4 adult persons, roomy everywhere, good kitchen, nice living-room table, very central location in Bad Dürrheim (we didn't need the car to go shopping to the bakery or for dining), nice walks without a lot of car traffic everywhere around the house possible, a very good Greek restaurant quite close, sole bathing possibilities also quite close, everywhere nice wooden interior

The room temperature is felt a bit cold on Winter evening time, you need trousers and a pullover to feel warm, classical problem of all MINERGIE-houses in Germany, not really cosy if you cannot sit with short sleeves on the living-room couch :-)

Ein wundervolles Wochenende!

Wir kommen nun schon das dritte Jahr für unser Mädelswochenende und es war wie immer alles bestens! Die Lage ist ruhig, wenige Schritte von der Therme entfernt, der Ortskern (mit Weihnachtsmarkt) ist direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Villingen-Schwenningen, falls man shoppen möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, man spürt die Liebe zum Detail. Alles sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, die Küche ist gut eingerichtet - alles top! Man legt Wert auf Mülltrennung und kann für einen recht günstigen Preis Getränke erwerben oder ein Raclette-Gerät mieten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Falls man nicht nur TV schauen will, sollte man ein HDMI-Kabel mitbringen und große Tassen, falls man gerne Tee trinkt.

Wohlfühlen pur!

Attraktiver, offener, gut durchdachter Grundriss, hell, modern, hochwertige Möbel (Vollholz). Basics äusserst grosszügig vorhanden in Küche (Kaffee, Tee, Pfeffer, Salz, Öl, Essig) und in Bad (Seife). 2 separate Schlafzimmer, davon war eines (Alleinreisend) als Arbeitszimmer umgeräumt. Internet ausreichend stark. Frische Äpfel zum Willkommen - danke! Zeitlich flexibler Zugang, da Türcode. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Proaktive Kontaktnahme durch Vermieterin mit umfangreichen Infos.

Kleinigkeiten: - Steckdose in Bettnähe vermisst - etwas kompliziert - separate Rechnung für Tourist-Abgabe - Beschreibung Küchengerät (war keine MW) passte nicht zum vorhandenen Gerät. Dieses war allerdings von höchster Qualität. Laute Musik und Wummern bis spät abends vom Kurhaus vis-a-vis. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in Bad Dürrheim in einer wunderschönen und toll ausgestatteten Wohnung am Kurpar

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Zudem gab es einige Utensilien in der Küche, wie Gewürze und Öl, welches man benutzen konnte. Darüber hinaus gab es als Willkommensgeschenk regionales Wasser und Johannisbeerensaft. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl.

Super schoon en erg kindvriendelijk!

Het was er erg schoon, voor onze dochter van 1 een baby pakket bijgeboekt. Dat was echt luxe, overal was aangedacht. Het was voor ons ideaal om na een paar dagen relaxen weer door te rijden naar onze vakantie in Italië.

Fantastisch appartement qua comfort, ligging en voorzieningen

Wauw! Super appartement. Modern, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook veel babyspullen op verzoek (bedje, stoeltje, slabbetje, omkleedkussen, badje) en speelgoed. Geweldige ligging bij het centrum, park en het kuuroord. Met de dreiweltenkaart kun je iedere dag gratis naar de thermen of met kleine meerprijs (6€) naar de sauna

Centraal gelegen, ruim en onderhouden appartement

Het was een ruim appartement. Alles was proper toen we aankwamen. Vanuit de locatie geraakte je met de auto goed op de bekendste plaatsen van het Zwarte Woud.

Tijdens ons verblijf was het zeer warm buiten (rond 30° C). Hierdoor was het ook zeer warm binnen aangezien er geen mogelijkheden waren voor koeling (airco, ventilatoren,...). Dit is misschien wel een luxe, maar het had het bedrijf nog net iets aangenamer kunnen maken.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, empfehlenswert.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung im Kur Gebiet Bad Dürrheim. Alles da was man für ein paar schöne Tage braucht. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren sehr hochwertig.Eine Hängematte auf dem Balkon war für die Enkelin das schönste. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen.

Sehr komfortable und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen

Die Lage war sehr gut. Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichte man Restaurants und Backläden.

Das Appartement "Bunte Primel" liegt komplett im Untergeschoß und leicht feucht insbesondere bei Regen. An einem Abend gab es im Kurheim eine Veranstaltung (Hochzeit?) mit sehr lauter Musik bis ca. 3:30 Uhr was im App. "Grüne Tanne" sehr unangenehm war.

Perfekter Gastgeber mit perfekt ausgestatteter Wohnung

Sehr nette Kommunikation. Auf Sonderwünsche (frühere Übergabe der Wohnung) wurde eingegangen. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage. Kontaktlose Übergabe der Wohnung. Behindertengerecht ausgestattet. Wirklich 10 Sterne verdient!
