Location, pool and garden.

Location is brilliant, close to all restaurants and beaches which can be reached by foot depending on which ones you want to visit, also buses easy to hope on/off to green Bay beach if you don't fancy a walk. There is a lidl on the same road not far at all which is great for pastries, fresh bread etc and another store Pier and Co around a 10 min walk.
Rooms need more pillows for the beds or spare ones in the wardrobes, more pool towels should be provided again for a spare.

Great location but noisy due to the busy road.
Very nice pool area.
One thing only i didnt like it was that the area close to the pool was not very clean, I had to clean it myself and the pool was cleaned the day after we arrived. Everything else was great.

The villa is in a great location for all of the bars, restaurants and beaches of Protaras. Two minute walk to Lidl and a small fun fair. The villa / house is modern on the inside and very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and responded very quickly when we contacted them. Unfortunately we had to contact them several times but they resolved issues promptly and efficiently…. After some convincing.
The villa is tired and in need of some maintenance and general upkeep. At first glance, you see modern stylish and spacious aesthetics however, once you start your stay you notice many areas that are in need of attention. The pool itself was a selling point for us as this is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The Lino of the pool is dirty, broken and peeling off at the water line. On arrival the pool and side safety lights were broken and the pool jets and filtering system were not functioning. We contacted our villa representative and had to do some convincing ( as well as pop our heads into their office ) to convince them that there was an issue as we were initially told the pool was fine. However, once maintenance arrived to check it seemed that we were right and that no filters had been on due to a timer malfunction and all the safety lights needed replacing. This was all completed in a day and we were satisfied that the pool was now being cleaned and filtered. We did however have to prompt the host for the second pool clean to be carried out which was done on our last day of our 11 days. We were promised 2 villa cleans per week plus one mid-stay clean but only had one visit from the cleaners in 11 days. The floors were filthy and dangerous when wet. The beds were very hard and there is significant noise from a very busy and fast road ( buggies that are driven there make very loud noises) . Inside the villa some small fixings need attention like shelves that are leaning off the wall - a simple fix? The villa needs more hooks for towels and some extra shelves or storage areas to put items away. The front door was a little temperamental and had a knack to open it. The kitchen needs a toaster machine and some extra oven dishes / pans and utensils like knives. (One oven tray is not enough for a family to cook a meal) You aren’t allowed glass around the pool areas so plastic cups need to be provided.
