Very comfortable apartment with excellent location and service.

The apartments are located a five-minute walk from Fig Tree Bay beach, at the beginning of Protaras' main gastro street with many restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest Lidl is a 15-minute walk away, and local Best Buy stores are even closer. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a very friendly host who showed us around the property, explained the rules and all the perks, and was always available if we had any questions. When we checked out, we simply left the keys in the box since we were leaving early in the morning. The apartments are located in a gated residential complex with its own barrier. If you rent a car, you can park it on the premises after discussing it with the owner in advance. Our apartment was very spacious on the ground floor with a separate bedroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a stove, a mini oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Large living room with comfortable furniture, including two sofa beds. The huge terrace overlooks the main street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day, but closed windows provide good sound insulation. The bedroom window faces the courtyard, so it's quiet there. The bed is comfortable, there is enough wardrobe space. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable with a shower. There are air conditioners in each room, but we didn’t use them since we were on holiday in October. There is a laundry on the complex where you can wash your clothes for 2 euros. There are also plenty of beach umbrellas and other beach items left by previous guests. These can be rented free of charge. You can rinse your feet after the beach at the entrance to the complex. Our bed linens and towels were changed every 3-4 days, but there was no cleaning. Cleaning is not included in the service, so you'll have the opportunity to train with the broom and mop provided in the apartment.😉

Excellent host and great location.

Great location for Fig Tree Beach, shopping area, restaurants and a big supermarket. It has a foot fountain to wash your feet and beach toys before going back to the apartment which was a great help.

Washing machine was a shared facility in the complex which i had to keep watch but understand it is more sustainable.

Beautiful and spacious place with very kind hosts. Extremely comfortable self-check-in (huge thanks for detailed instructions) and there is always a place for your car. We had a bedroom separated from the kitchen which is super great.

Maybe I didn't push some needed buttons or it's really like this (didn't have time to figure it out) but water pressure in the shower was really low. Mattress on the bed is sensitive to any movement. And we could hear our neighbours early in the morning but maybe it's because we didn't close fully bedroom door.

So conveniently located, you can get in 6-7 minutes walking to fig tree bay beach. The house is super spacious and there's everything you need to be confortable.

It might benefit from a little bit more kitchen utensils.

NEW FAVORITE PLACE ON CYPRUS

This place is amazing. The apartment has everything you need, very well equipped. It was spotless clean. A few minutes on walking distance from beautiful Fig Tree Beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Very easy communication with owner, Nectarios. As we arrived early in the morning, at 5 am, we got clear instructions how to acces property. A welcome gift ( fruit, breakfast) was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Nectarios for hospitality.

The best place

The apartment has everything you need, including air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The bed was firm and very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. It’s just a 5-minute walk to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. In the evenings, the main street comes alive with great restaurants, pubs, and a vibrant nightlife. The area is family-friendly, making it a great choice for both relaxation and entertainment. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect spot in Protaras

The property is exactly as in the photos, we got an apartment on the first floor with a private parking spot. Everything was clean and Nectarios the host was super friendly and helpful! It’s a 5 min walk to fig tree beach and a 10 minute walk to Vrissi beach.

Traffic noise during de night. In front of the building, there is a traffic light and during the night, all the quads, buggy’s or motorcycles are pushing the gas and create very big noise.

Best accommodation in Protaras!

The location, friendly staff, cleanliness and all the necessities! I’ll definitely stay at Leucolla’s again for my next vacation in Cyprus! At first I wanted an accommodation with a pool but yeah, the apartment was 3min walk away from the Figtree bay so it was even better than having a pool! Plus, thank you again Nectarios and his mum(? for the warm welcome and recommendations in the area such as restaurants and bays :)) Really enjoyed the stay!

Nice apartment in Protaras

Nectarios is a great host, apartment is really big, clean and has everything that we need. All rooms are air-conditioned, beds are comfortable. Although one bedroom is faced to the main road, isolation is really good and you can't hear much. Generally, apartment is very quiet.

Highly recommended!

The host is very welcoming and helpful. His English is great and his office is right across the apartment. The location is inches away from the busy area and the Fig tree beach. Also - the market, the pharmacy and the car hiring agency is right across the street. The apartment itself is big and has everything you need. There is an AC in every room (3 in total). The parking is right next to the apartment.

It tends to be noisy from the traffic in one of the bedrooms.

Has everything you need, great location

The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We had all the amenities listed and whilst next to a main road this was not particularly noisy and did not bother us at all. I loved how close the apartment was to Fig Tree Bay. There's beautiful beach all along the coast but Fig Tree is nice and cosy. The apartment is ideally situated for walks along the seafront or the main Street through Protaras with all the bars and restaurants. It's a short journey from Cavo Greco which is a gorgeous area and the owner's brother also offers great tours or the surrounding inland areas. I can't recommend this enough as I felt it was great value and a great location, Nectarios was also extremely welcoming and accomodating throughout our stay.

An example of a great Apartment ! Location is perfect , you need just 3 min to reach amazing Fig Three Bay beach! Very close is bus station and verity of restaurants and cafes! Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever .everything about room was exceptional. It was clean , comfortable and very well equipped. We would highly recommend this apartments .
