Situated in the Old Town it was so convenient for eating and shopping. Not too noisy as the Balcony windows close and the room then has solid doors to close. I would suggest earplugs too if you are a light sleeper. It was also very easy to access on arrival and we could leave our luggage in the entrance after checkout until we left Santiago.

Everything was excellent — the location, cleanliness, and comfort. After completing the Camino de Santiago, I wished I could have stayed a little longer, but unfortunately, the property was fully booked, so I could only stay for one night. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the Nespresso coffee machine and chilled water waiting in the refrigerator. The highlight was definitely the L-shaped terrace that wraps around two sides of there room, offering stunning views of Santiago Cathedral and the surrounding streets. With the terrace doors open, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Santiago right from your room. Once you close the double doors, the room becomes wonderfully quiet. This wonderful contrast between the vibrant city outside and the peaceful room inside made my stay especially memorable. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Santiago!

The hotel is right in the center to store, restaurant and cathedral.

The shower is very small and needs to be cleaned. All the caulking at the bottom of shower needs replaced with white caulk so it can look better.
