About this apartment rental
Beautiful couples retreat! Newly remodeled, beautiful one bedroom condo directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches of Miramar Beach. This is a perfect romantic couples retreat for your vacation getaway! This condo only accommodates two people, (no exceptions) as there is no sleeper sofa. The condo features walls finished in unique driftwood grey pine for that beach feel. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, granite counters, and open pine shelving. The bath has a custom tiled shower and a granite topped vanity with a unique fish shaped vessel sink. The bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king bed, and flat screen wall mounted TV. The living room has a very comfortable leather sofa, bar height table and chairs and a wall mounted 55 inch flat screen television.
There is a roomy balcony with two comfortable chairs overlooking the aqua waters and Snow White sand, where you can enjoy your favorite beverages while relaxing to the sound of the waves.
Gulfview has deeded private beach directly across the street to enjoy your toes in the sand time! Beach Service is provided during season, which includes two chairs and an umbrella.
The complex has two pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub. There are a number of popular restaurants within walking distance, and great shopping venues just a few minutes from the condo.
We have 4 other units in this complex, including the unit next door, if you have a group traveling together. The unit next doors VRBO number is 9385103.

There was a road construction sign blocking part of our view but was out of the owner's control. Our overall experience was great! We hope to visit again in the future.

This property was ok. There were a few issues that made us not very happy about our stay. First off, the information given about the condo said it had washer/dryer.. It does, but not in the room. There’s a laundry room on first floor that you have to pay to use. If that was clearer in the description, we wouldn’t have stayed there cause we needed one in the room..Next, the TV wouldn’t let us use any streaming services like Netflix. It had Dish but we didn’t have an Ethernet cord to hook up to allow us to be able to stream.. Next, is the water pressure was terrible and the shower wouldn’t get hot! We had to take showers all week with barely warm water with no pressure. That was very unpleasant! The bed wasn’t comfortable and squeaked whenever you moved. The air conditioning worked great but it made knocking sounds that kept me up at night. The owner was very nice when I contacted him & he tried to help me fix the issues but I didn’t have any luck. And to top it all off, Hurricane Helene was coming so we cut our trip short..I don’t mean to sound like it was a terrible trip cause we did enjoy ourselves the most we could.. 😊
