About this house rental
Adorable 3BR/2BA beach cottage on Fripp Island. The upstairs has two bedrooms, One with a king and the other with a King and a twin bunk bed. Downstairs offers a bunk bed combo twin over full along with a full-size bathroom. Living/dining/kitchen combo. Very open floor plan with excellent entertaining space. Screened in porch and large deck overlooking expansive yard. Outdoor shower for convenience after a day at the beach - perfect for your family getaway to Fripp!
This rental comes with 2 amenity cards included. Additional cards are available for $50 each. (Ages 13 & up).
Amenity cards are good for entry to all the pools on the island along with the snack bar, Bonito restaurant, excursions, and chair and umbrella rentals.
If you have never been to Fripp before you are in for a treat. Fripp is a private island with no commercialization. Most people park their cars upon arrival and only travel by golf cart during their stay. The island is 1 mile wide and 3 miles long. Our home is situated in the dead center just off of the main road (on a cul de sac) with the beach in one direction and the marina in the other. At the marina you can take shell excursions, Dolphin tours, rent paddle boards, or dock your boat. The beach offers chair and umbrella rentals with beach accesses every block. The "adult" pool is just off of the beach and offers a ocean side bar for cocktails. There are 7 pools at Fripp including a kiddy pool, adult pool, Olympic pool, and one heated pool (don't plan on it being a hot tub but warmer than the rest.) There are also playgrounds, volley ball, and basket ball courts. The beach club offers a number of planned activities that you will find in a hand out you will receive at the guard gate upon arrival. Some of these include corn hole tournaments, Sand sculpture contest, pool side bingo, golf cart scavenger hunts and family karaoke nights. For the kids there is Camp Fripp (by reservation) and a nature center.
Bath towels are provided but bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer in unit. One roll of paper towels and one roll per bathroom of toilet paper is provided along with bed linens.

We had a great stay here. The location is close to everything but at a dead end so not much traffic. Having a 2 garages we could park under was very convenient for loading and unloading. Plenty of room for everyone, comfy beds. Just an overall great experience!

Recent stay in Fripp was enjoyable family time- 6 adults and a baby- Beds were comfy- didn’t really need anything during our stay- the host made sure we were set. Loved the wildlife sightings, a doe would come visit with us as well as a raccoon- he bounced out of the trash can when we arrived. LOL! Not to worry, there is a bungee cord to hold down the lids.

My husband and I recently spent a month in this home on Fripp. It was our first time on Fripp Island and I would highly recommend. This home was fine and the interior very clean upon arrival. The interior does need some TLC and the exterior was not very inviting until we spent time cleaning the deck, porch and carports.(The cleaning crew does not clean the exterior) Nice quiet street with lots of wildlife. The property manager was responsive to our calls if we needed her. Overall the home offers great space for a family, beds were comfortable and the location is wonderful.
