Recent updates include fresh interior paint, new floors, and brand-new furniture, 55 in smart TV, and heated floors in the living room and dining room for you to enjoy.
This beautiful vacation home is the perfect escape for those in need of some peaceful, sun-soaked relaxation. Enjoy luxuriously comfortable sleep in each of the bedrooms, each fitted with brand-new mattresses, perfect for weary beachgoers. Catch up on the latest TV series and movies with the state-of-the-art 45` smart TVs featured in each room. Spend the long, sun-drenched days seaside, and come home to a truly restful night`s sleep.
The first bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with a convenient, spacious walk-in shower that includes a shower chair and handrails for safety and ease of use. The second bedroom perfectly complements the first, offering two cozy queen-sized beds and a refreshing en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfectly equipped for your family getaway, with a deluxe king bed and a twin trundle bed for extra sleeping space, plus an en-suite bathroom with a combined tub and shower.

We had such a great, relaxing stay. The view really is stunning. Plenty of comfortable chairs on the screened-in porch to watch the many inhabitants of the island enjoy the sun and pond. It was so cool to see the birds come to roost each night. We used the provided golf cart every day to explore and each evening to view the lovely sunsets. Having the ramp entrance in lieu of steps was wonderful. There is a gas grill, charcoal grill and firepit of which we made good use. The interior of the cottage is beautifully decorated, well-furnished, and comfortable. Water pressure is great, wi-fi is fast and there are Smart TVs in every room. As for the kitchen… it has everything! Highly recommend.

Adorable house with golf cart. On pond/golf course. So peaceful. 5 minute golf cart ride to beach, 10 minute walk.

Bright and airy living area. AC works great. Awesome location. Beautiful lake view out the back with lots of wildlife. Deer, birds, alligators. Very comfortable despite small size. Bedrooms are large and comfy. Golf cart was a plus. We were very happy with it.

Wonderful home! Exactly what we were expecting! Lots of wildlife right outside the porch. Will be renting this home again! Perfect for someone who uses a wheelchair!
