The location is easily reachable on foot from the train station. Free bicycle rental is really good. 24-h service desk availability makes everything convenient.

Relatively decent location, close to NCKU, with agreeable staff and a clean, comfortable, relatively large room and bathroom. The free wifi worked very well and the 2nd floor lounge was a nice space to work and enjoy the complimentary snacks and tea.
Some people in the reviews complained about the location, however I appreciated the location in North Tainan and was able to walk most places within 30-40 minutes or so, you just have to cross the train tracks. The balcony was small and narrow, not the cleanest and the lack of a chair or anything was a bit of a shame, it would have been nice to enjoy a morning tea on it, but it rained during most of my stay anyways so I didn't use it regardless.

Convenient location, spacious resting floor and tourist support
My door pad was broken in total 4-5 times. In other hotels the staff would’ve offered to change my room instead of letting the customer experience this inconvenience multiple times. Despite the friendly attitude, servitude is lacking and training is needed. Because of this broken door I was almost late for my later appointments. The toilet was a bit smelly.
