    The facilities is over expectations. Staff are doing their duty if you ask for it. Room ceiling crack, was informed due to earth crack. The room is comfortable for a solo traveler.

    Cozy and quiet hotel. It has a laundry area for just 50 NTD for washing which helps alot for long stay ins. It also has a drying machine for 20 minutes per 10 NTD. Distance from train station to hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance, honestly not that bad ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    My stay here was unfortunately not very pleasant. The hotel was extremely noisy, with construction or drilling sounds starting early in the morning, which seriously affected my sleep!! I wish the hotel had informed guests in advance that renovations or construction were taking place in the building. Another disappointment was that the hotel tried to charge for many basic items such as soap, earplugs, and toothbrushes. These are amenities that are often provided for free at other hotelsโ€”I had just stayed at a hotel in Taipei where all of these were complimentaryโ€”so it felt unnecessarily cheap to charge for them here. The staff were not particularly warm or welcoming either. Additionally, the room had no window, which made it feel very stuffy. I often felt dizzy while staying there, and the heavy perfume used in the space only made it worse. Since the hotel occupies just one floor of the building, it would really help if they improved ventilation throughout the area. I did not enjoy my stay and would not choose to stay here again.
