Good location, great breakfast, noisy room

The hotel is an historic building right in the center of the town. Clean, comfortable, and very helpful staff. They even let me use their garden hose to wash off my very muddy bicycle - above and beyond! Breakfast was very well handled, and conformed to all necessary regulations. It was actually one of the best breakfasts I've had since the start of the restrictions.

The smokers' corner was right outside the room I was in, and was actively used first thing in the morning. There was also a lot of sound that came through the walls from neighboring rooms, which was somewhat bothersome.

Great value for money

Hotel restaurant has excellent location in Breisach. Simple room , good quality. Food is focussed on local , traditional cooking absolutely delicious. Nice eating area outside - worth a visit even if you do not stay at the hotel. Great breakfast. All staff very friendly. Great value for money.

No noise from room next door, however, hotel faces kebab restaurant opened late, a little noisy.

For a 4 star hotel the room was fairly basic and in need of renovation. Tile missing in bathroom and towels were clean but worn. No fan or aircon and it was very hot. Carpet looked worn.

Als regelmäßiger Gast kenne ich das Hotel und komme immer gern zurück. Dieses Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Türen sowohl zum Korridor als auch zur Außentreppe, so dass ich die Vorhänge für etwas Privatsphäre zu machen musste. Das war nicht ideal.

Perfekte Küche, tadelloser Service und hervorragende Weine

Der Kaiserstühler-Hof ist ein schönes altes Haus mit Geschichte. Die Zimmer sind einfach zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut. Wir waren vor allem wegen des erstklassigen Restaurants da. Nachdem wir bereits einmal im Sommer hier gegessen haben, wollten wir nun ein zweites Mal die hervorragende Küche geniessen. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Ich erwähne hier die Gänseleberpastete, die Fischsuppe und… ach was, einfach alles andere auch. Die Empfehlungen des Sommeliers, z.B. die "Weinreise" mit 3 Weinen zum Menu sowie die Weinauswahl zu den Gerichten meiner Frau waren alle erstklassig.

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche des restaurants et il est facile de se garer pas loin. Le personnel est très agréable même si il y a une petite barrière de langage. Et la chambre était d’une super taille et très calme

Neu renovierte Zimmer ohne Teppich. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Fahrräder konnten in separatem Raum trocken untergestellt werden. Das Abendessen im Hoteleigenen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Breisach kommen, ist diese Unterkunft sicher wieder unsere Wahl.

Nous avons découvert à 7h du matin que le petit déjeuner était servi à 8h le dimanche. Nous avons donc quitté l'hôtel sans avoir le petit déjeuner et sans remboursement de celui-ci.

nous n'avons pas pu avoir une place dans la salle de restaurant. le dîner nous a été servi dans une salle désuète. la nourriture était bonne.

Unbedingt wieder

Wir möchten uns beim Team des Hotels Kaiserstühler Hof in Breisach ganz herzlich bedanken. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. Das Personal war, vom Chef bis zur Reinigungskraft super freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut super. Frische Beeren, Winzersekt, Spiegel oder Rührei, verschiedene Müslis, Käse- und Wurstsorten, Säfte, Holzofenbrot und endlich mal keine harten Eier, sondern wachsweiche Frühstückseier. Das Restaurant für den Abend ist ein Traum. Ok, nicht ganz preiswert, aber den Preis absolut wert. Tolles Fleisch, tolle Desserts, eine unerschöpfliche Weinkarte und ein toller und routinierter, völlig unangestrengter Service. Wir waren für 7 Nächte da und haben Radtouren in die Umgebung unternommen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Innenstadt und wir haben nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt.

Hotels mit Teppichen sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Die vielen Dekorationen sowie die alten aufgehängten Fotos bringen kein gutes Embiente.
