Very good breakfast which was inclided in the price. Excellent facilities for skiiers, including heated ski boot warmers. Comfortable clean rooms. Good WiFi and working TV. Helpful staff with overall good English.

The owner was quite hospitable. She gave me a free upgrade to comfortable double room with huge balcony which had amazing view. All typical hotel like facilities. Was extremely clean. Breakfast was great as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the owners are nice. The location is pretty well located near all major attractions in the valley. Even though it's located fairly close to the main road there was only little noise and it didn't bother us one bit.

Ein sehr schöner Skiurlaub

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das familiengeführte Hotel mit ihrem Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und für eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung gut. Vielen lieben Dank. Des Weiteren muss man zum Housekeeping sagen…Respekt, selbst am Neujahrstag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zur Zillertal-Arena sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Fijn hotel, beetje b&b sfeer. Leuke kamer met een soort van hemelbed. Alles was goed schoon. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Dunne kussens, maar ik denk dat dat een oostenrijks dingetje is, dus volgende x breng ik mn eigen kussen mee : )

Super Lage, süße rustikale Zimmer, toller Balkon. Von der großen Straße die vorbei führt merkt man gar nichts. Das Frühstück war super und alles ist liebevoll und hochwertig. Ich brauchte eine Milchalternative und jeden Morgen stand diese schon für mich beim Frühstück bereit. Die kostenlose Saunanutzung war das i-tüpfelchen! :)

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub den wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen werden.

Das Frühstück ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Es gab von allem etwas, ob es verschiedene Marmeladensorten, Honig, verschiedene Brötchen, Brot oder Käsesorten sowie Schinken, Wurst und frisches Gemüse. Selbstverständlich gab es auch alle erdenklichen Kaffeesorten die man sich am Kaffeeautomaten holen konnte, aber auch diverse Teesorten waren vorhanden. Auch gab es Rührei oder gekochte Eier. Selbstverständlich gab es auch sehr leckeren Obstsalat. Sollte etwas ausgegangen sein wurde es sofort nachgelegt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Il receptionist ha aspettato il nostro arrivo oltre l'orario di check-in. E' stato molto accogliente e gentile come pure Magdalena che ringraziamo. Ci sono state consegnate 2 camere di livello superiore a quelle confermate nella prenotazione : fantastico , molto pulite e caratteristiche in legno. La colazione è ricca di prodotti tradizionali e di qualità , tutto in un ambiente tranquillo e ben servito dal personale. Carino anche il giardino dietro l'hotel. Parcheggio riservato davanti l'hotel .

Možnost parkování zdarma přímo před hotelem. Pokoj skvěle vybavený (včetně ledničky a elektrických zásuvek u postele, což nebývá standardem). Pohodlná postel. Skvělá snídaně s bohatým výběrem, včetně míchaných a vařených vajíček.

Omezený počet parkovacích míst přímo před hotelem. Pokoj i sprchový kout byly menší. Pokud se nepodaří zaparkovat u hotelu, je nutné parkovat dále (informace jsou na pokoji).

Sehr freundlicher Empfang (Chefin) trotz 2-stündiger Verspätung, Unterkunft hat den Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen, ruhige Lage, kein Lärm von außen feststellbar, das Frühstück war sehr Sehr Gut mit Varianten Auswahl - kurzum es hat uns sehr gut gefallen

מלון קטן וחמוד מקלחת מצויינת מעלית חנייה טובה מרפסות מרווחות

חנייה! מקלחת מצויינת - זרם מים טוב ומקלחון טוב מאוד וחדש. הזמנו שני חדרים להורים ולילדים . מלון קטן לא המוני BED AND BREAFKAST . פקידת קבלה הייתה מסבירת פנים - נחמדה מאוד. היתה תקשורת טובה דרך אתר בוקינג לפני ההגעה וגם באופן אישי בזמן השהות. יש מעלית (עדיין היינו צריכים לרדת ולעלות כמה מדרגות כדי להיכנס למלון וגם כיד להגיע לחדר) החדר היה מרווח, עם מספיק כיסאות ושולחן וטלוויזיה. הנוף בסביבה מאוד יפה, בחדר היה מרפסת נחמדה. בחדר השני של הילדים היה נוף יפה ומרפסת מרווחת מאוד ופחות רועש. קיבלנו קומקום חשמלי על פי בקשה. וביקשתי ספל ותיון בשביל להכין תה בערב וקיבלתי אישור לכך. עיצוב החדר בסגנון בקתת עץ בארוחת הבוקר הקפה (מכונה) טוב מאוד

ארוחת בוקר מאוד אינטימי- אין מבחר בארוחה (צנוע) אבל הלחמנייה טובה וקפה ממכונה היה טוב. החביתה פחות מוצלחת- אפשר לשפר בקלות. משרד הקבלה לא היה מאויש כל הזמן, אבל דלת הכניסה למלון הייתה נעולה עם מפתח . בצד החדר שלי - פונה לכיוון החנייה-היה רעש מכוניות משמעותי מהכביש. אי אפשר היה להשאיר חלון פתוח עקב הרעש. ממליצה להזמין חדר בצד שרחוק מהכביש. בשביל ארוחת ערב צריך להגיע לעיר- אין במקום
