Exceptional

The service from Karen was exceptional, very welcoming and accommodating. A great place to stay within walking distance of the town and train station. The ski bus leaves from pretty much right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

The mattress was a bit too firm but this is more to do with preference. I was still able to sleep without issue.

Pleasant hosting family and good price/value ratio.

Great and friendly host, always ready to suggest the best places for rent, skiing, and eating. Also very supportive when we need something. The Spa facilities were as a pleasant bonus to the vacation!

Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay even better: * It would be great to build ventilation in the toilet room. As there was no window in the toilet in our double room accommodation we had to do ventilation via the opening window in the main room. That was not always comfortable in the winter. * I like the breakfast much and I would like it even more if it would be possible to add some more warm dishes and dessert to the menu.

Pyszne śniadanie. Lokalizacja blisko przystanku skibus. W hotelu winda, strefa spa, narciarnia. Pokoje idealnie czyste, codziennie sprzątane.

Moc se nám zde líbilo.

Krásné, velmi příjemné a čisté ubytování. Moc se nám líbila kombinace moderního vybavení na pokoji, se starodávným nábytkem na chodbě. Připadali jsme si tam, jako na zámku😉 Ocenili jsme také výtah a saunu👍 Výborné snídaně, moc milá majitelka. Stanice skibusu ani ne minutu od hotelu. Klidná lokalita, blízko centra.

Bylo by skvělé, kdyby zde byla možnost polopenze. Po celodenním lyžování se nám už moc nechtělo jít každý večer na jídlo do centra (cca 10 min chůze pěšky).
