⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay and everything was absolutely spot on. From the moment I arrived, Barbara was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which immediately made me feel at home. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I slept extremely well every night, which is especially important after full days of skiing. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well prepared, providing the perfect start to each day. One of the biggest advantages of this place is the ski and boots dryer, coming back in the afternoon and having warm, dry boots ready for the next morning made a huge difference and added real comfort to the stay. The location is perfect for skiing, with easy access to Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen, and the Hintertux Glacier. Having such great ski areas within reach makes this an ideal base for anyone planning a ski trip in the region. Overall, this was an excellent stay with outstanding hospitality, great facilities, and a fantastic location. I would definitely buy return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay for skiing in the Zillertal area.

Pleasant stay in a nice part of the Alps

The location was easy to find and access was uncomplicated. The accommodation was within easy reach of the town centre on foot. Our host was most friendly and accommodating. She even made her lock up garage available for our motorbike. A gesture valued by riders. One of the town's main thoroughfares passed by the guesthouse and road noise was largely not an issue providing the double glazed windows were closed. The single room was of adequate size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom, while not overly large, nevertheless perfectly adequate. The breakfast room had a lovely mountain ambience and our host took great interest in our needs and comfort. The continental breakfast provided for a good range of choices and was ample.

A couple of suggestions to improve comfort. Pillows are an individual preference and a choice of soft vs formed (firm) can make a significant difference to some guests. This is a low cost item and we have experienced the phenomenon of shapeless pillows in many other localities in Alpine Europe. While significant heat is not a regular occurrence in this part of the world (it was during our stay), the addition of a simple oscillating fan can substantially improve sleeping comfort during hot spells, particularly if leaving windows open (road noise or insects) is not a good option.

Lage sehr nah an der Zillertal Area, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Ski- und Schuhgarage mit Schuhtrockner vorhanden. Sehr ruhiges Haus.

Ein traumhafter/ unvergesslicher Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder! :)

Das Gasthaus befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage, wenige Gehminuten z.B. zum Ortskern/ öffentliche Verkehrsmittel etc.! Das Zimmer welches wir erhalten haben war geräumig, gemütlich und sauber! Wir durften einen traumhaften Ausblick genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles, was man braucht. Zusätzlich genossen wir die tollen Gespräche mit der Gasthausbetreiberin. Danke dafür!

Barbara und Stefan sind einfach klasse Gastgeber.Von der ganzen Kommunikation über die Unterkunft hat einfach alles gepasst. Durfte sogar mein Motorrad in die Garage stellen. Frühstück war einfach klasse. War alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat,und es gab mit Abstand den besten Kareespeck im ganzen Zillertal Danke Stefan für das gelungene Frühstück und die nette Kommunikation.Jederzeit gerne wieder;-)

Rundum gut und herzlich umsorgt

Sehr herzlich und engagiert! Ruhig und dennoch sehr günstig gelegen. Restaurants, Skiverleih, Bahnhof, Bäckerei, gr. Supermarkt, Touristeninfo sind fußläufig schnell erreicht. Skibus zur Rosenalmbahn/Karspitzbahn fast direkt vor der Tür (Linie 5, die Rote fuhr morgens alle 20 Minuten) man kann auch nichts verwechseln, einfach einsteigen und los (Fußmarsch sonst ca. 20 Minuten). Beim Frühstück wird man bestens umsorgt. Es gibt lauter Leckereien aus der Region. Ob Honig, Eier, Semmeln, Schinken (unbedingt probieren), Käse, selbstgemachte Marmelade und vieles mehr - Barbara lässt einen das Zillertal schon morgens schmecken. Eier werden ganz wuschgemäß frisch zubereitet. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und umsorgt. Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher und reichlich Tee. Alles ist picobello sauber. Barbara hält reichlich Infos vor und hilft gerne mit Tipps. Besonders gut ist auch das WLAN. Es sind mehrere Router verteilt und das Haus ist ans Glasfaserkabel angeschlossen.

Seltenes Fundstück, mit einer sehr engagierten und überaus motiverten Gastgeberin

Ich wurde persönlich empfangen und eine ausführliche Erklärung zur Unterkunft und den örtlichen Gegebenheiten machten mir den Start sehr einfach. Die Bürokratie (Übernachtungssteuer) wurde gemeinsam mit der Gastgeberin gemeistert. Somit habe ich mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alle meine Fragen wurden sofort und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt - es gab somit keinerlei Beanstandungen
