Kerry Hotel Hong Kong by Shangri-la

The ambience is casually luxurious and cool. Just what i was hoping to find. The staff are attentive as expected. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi exceeded our expectations. The location is better than I thought: all kinds of shopping can be done in this neighborhood starting from the Whampoa mall. Metro is also close. This is a perfect compromise of being a little more quiet location while still being well connected.

The room, while comfortable, felt smaller than the ~35 sqm that was stated.

The view, spacious, clean, location to public transport, choice of restaurants and complimentary drinks in the room.

The best hotel I stayed so far. The staff (especially in the Club) is super helpful and provide such an excellent service. The hotel location is great, quiet but still central with an amazing view (especially at night). I had a Club room, it was amazing and definitely worth the money, you get a superb breakfast, snacks and drinks all day, also the cocktail - canapes served late afternoon easily replace a small dinner. The staff in the club was super friendly and helpful - this was the highlight for me. The food was also delicious The pool is big and never too crowded, with an amazing view and lots of sunbeds. Room was cleaned everyday and beds were made in the evening, the cleaning was done very good. The Gym is amazing and the changing rooms even have a hot whirlpool. I would go back to Kerry immediately

Spacious room with fantastic views - both day and night. Food was excellent - breakfast buffet and evening buffet were far better than I expected - wide range of choices. Nice pool.
