The location was great and the owner was very communicative and willing to accommodate for our specific needs. There was no noise from other rooms and the beds were comfortable.
There might be some upgrades to be made on the bathroom hydraulic system because some times there would be a bad smell, but not strong at the point it could make the accommodation uncomfortable.
I would also like to have access to the kitchen, but I was fully informed in advance that this was NOT included, so I don't see it as a negative point, only a possible bonus for the future.

The place is perfect to visit the main attractions of Rome and the Vatican. Direct bus conection to the main Train Stations of the city. The personal was friendly and helpful. The price was also good.
