We arrived after 8pm on Saturday and Amanda greeted us at the door. We hadn't realised that checkin closed at 8pm as I had no access to my emails all day and we were travelling from Wexford. In hindsight I should have rang the host to let her know my ETA. Nevertheless Amanda was very friendly and welcoming. The house was spotless, not just the bedrooms and shower room, but the entire living space, which was the dining room and guest lounge, the standard was so high I can only guess all rooms were to the same high standard. The bedrooms were very comfortable { we had a twin with ensuite} with tea and coffee making facilities and TV. We had an ensuite, however we did not use the shower as my husband is a tall man and at this time had a broken shoulder so the actual cubicle was a bit on the small side. We walked into town that night after check in and we were given keys to let ourselves in and out. It is only about 1.5 miles to town centre and we walked to and from. The Breakfast Order was given on arrival to leave for the host the night before. Sunday morning, my husband had a lovely fry while I enjoyed the cereals, toast, orange juice and yogurts and the host brought a lovely pot of coffee. I would have liked some fruit but as this accommodation was so reasonably priced I could not fault it for this. It was my first time ever in a B&B and I would highly recommend it, as long as all B&B's had the same high standards as Amanda. . Could fault nothing.

Really enjoyed my stay, very relaxing. Amanda is a lovely host, very welcoming.
My room was upgraded, plenty of space, even a little sofa, very clean. Breakfast was lovely in a bright and airy dining room. There is a fridge and microwave for guests use. Walking distance to Enniskillen.
The traffic is a bit noisy, but didn’t effect me too badly.

Unfortunately with it being so warm and the windows all open you could constantly hear traffic through the night
