Location is closest to Golden Temple, nice room and and cleanliness. best part is location and late evening walk at heritage path and spend time just out side hotel with kids playing with toy helicopter. Thanks for Manjit Singh ( manager) to accommodate late check out for parents , it gave us tome to do local shopping . So over all great experience .

Never in my life have I had to remind the same thing 10 times to the staff and STILL not have my issue resolved. Kept asking why there was no hot water. They kept saying it’ll get resolved but never did. Ended up showering with cold water. Asked them if they could pack something for us from the buffet since we had to leave early for the train station. Again, I had told this and reminded the previous day and the morning itself. Guess what, even though they confirmed they’ll have it ready, the food wasn’t ready/packed and we had to leave hungry. Poor communication amongst staff and indifference towards customer’s request.
