SureStay by Best Western Heritage Walk

I stayed at Best Western SureStay, Amritsar for one night, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The stay was cool, peaceful, and enjoyable. The staff were extremely cooperative and courteous, and the room service was prompt and efficient. A special mention goes to the Manager, who was very courteous, helpful, and patiently guided me with all my queries. My sincere thanks to him for making the stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the location is exceptionally convenient, which, along with the clean infrastructure and good service, truly adds icing on the cake. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely a place I would recommend!

Best Western, Heritage Walk is in the perfect location to visit Golden Temple. If you are visiting Amritsar, do not book anywhere else, you can't get a better location than this. Everything is just there.

Located just steps from the Golden temple, this hidden gem is worth the money. The rooms are spacious and immaculate.Food service is available although we enjoyed exploring other places.They send their staff to bring the luggage from the parking(just a 5 minutes walk) to the hotel(no hotel parking available as it is on the heritage street).Allowed us late check out. Have a lift so no worries about staying on higher floors with heavy luggage. We would surely stay here next time. Tip: Book a deluxe room as it has a big window. The basic room is quite good except for a window and less spacious as compared to the deluxe room)

While i checked in at sure stay heritage walk on 20th Aug at around 3 P.M and checked out on 22nd Aug the rooms shown in photo and allocated rooms were completely different. We had to upgrade our room to get the one which we saw in photo. Then we ordered food from outside as our lunch and asked for cuttlery at reception but madam at reception told that this us against our policy as we are 4 star hotel we are sending it today but pls take this into consideration that outside food is not allowed. That was very very rude! We had to order food from the hotel as well but due to same reason we did not ordered a single item from hotel throughout our stay. Nextly there was no shower in washroom the taps flow were irregular and water was spreading even on our clothes when we filled the bucket(photo attached). You can either book country inn which is just 50 mtrs away from this property at low or same rate or *** which is 200 mtrs away from this property. Special Note for service guys - pickup guys/ service boys were very nicely behaved and were ready to help whenever needed( Best western stay). The veer who dutied in morning at reception was also very well behaved as well and was ready to help whatever asked for .
