Clean, quiet and good restaurant

Quiet place to rest, top quality food at the restaurant, charming workers, clean. The single room is a bit too small, but for one night and one person is sufficient. Good location to make one stop during driving or visit the area around.

Quite and nice rest in a tiny tranquil village.

The host was very friendly. Room very quiet in a location away from the highway and yet only 5 minutes driving from it. Very nice location with old water fountain in the square where the B&B is. Room was quite cozy with a very enjoyable balcony from which one could enjoy the starry night. Breakfast was excellent and the host is right there to provide you with everything you need.

The bed was a bit too soft and I don't like German style pillows. But that's just because of my cervical problems. The door of the bathroom was a bit difficult to close and there was a bit of a strange scent in the corridor. But all these are minor issues.

Modern and clean family owned accommodation! The staff is very friendly and gladly accommodates your every need. They also have a lovely pizzeria in the same building with great Pizzas + reasonable prising on Swiss standards. Decent buffet breakfast.

While the pizzeria is lovely, it can get quite crowded and you might have to wait for your food for over 60 minutes. There are no other dining options within walking distance.

Very nice stay , felt like a small piece of Italy in hills of Switzerland

The property is situated in a very beautiful small town in the hills of Switzerland and makes for a stunning backdrop. The pizzeria was also very good and they allow you to have seating outside irrespective if you order from the menu or not. Which was nice

A hidden gem so close to the Gotthard

The location was perfect. The location is on a very small square with a nice terrace of the B&B itself. The view of the mountains is amazing. It really feels like a hidden gem so close to the Gotthard tunnel.

Perfect in every way: the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, the b&b has no cooking facilites in the room but both the breakfast provided and the pizzeria next door were excellent. Breathtaking view of the mountains in every direction.

Superb find to break our journey to Italy via Switzerland

The staff, the food in the pizzeria, the scenery and the proximity to the motorway since we were travelling south. But even though it wasn’t far from the junction the road was out of sight and couldn’t be heard, making for a very peaceful and stunning setting.

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting!

A little gem in a beautiful area of Switzerland, we only stayed for one night in a standard room which had everything we needed. Our only very minor criticism is that the bed was a little hard for our liking. The family that run it are super friendly and helpful and very gratefully for us, speak English. We had lovely pizzas in the pizzeria and a very nice continental breakfast. We hope to be back one day when we have more time to stay longer and explore the area.

Nice place but too noisy in the morning and hard beds

Very friendly. Clean. Not big room but sufficient for my needs

Room was on 1st floor but that was 3 flights of stairs. I have bad knees and that was really hard for me. The beds were really hard. For some that would be good but for me I found that uncomfortable. Then there was the noise. I was woken up at 6 by the kids in the next room running around then when they had finally left the cleaning crew started directly at 8 maybe even earlier. I really needed to sleep but couldn't.

Our stay was only a short stop over, but we will definitely come back for longer next time.

Excellent location, staff extremely welcoming, perfect spot for hiking with amazing views on the Swiss mountains. Our room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and a big balcony. Breakfast buffet was copious and tasty. Bonus: the owners have their own pizza oven (wood burning!) and propose delicious homemade traditional pizzas in the evening from Thursday to Sunday. We'll definitely be back for more!

Friendly and warm B&B in a cute little village.

Simona, who runs the B&B with her family, is exceptionally friendly and nice. She was extremely helpful and made us feel at home right away. She was also very understanding and helpful when one of us was having some health issues.

It is really a very cozy place. Walls were a bit thin but that is not Simona's fault.
