We really liked the house and the accommodation overall. All the beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean and well equipped. The biggest benefit of the house is its location near Jasmund Park, where we could successfully hide from the June heat

-the house is located close to the road, so we could hear motorcycles passing by at night. -there was also a small issue with the room at the far end of the ground floor. The door is very thin and rattles quite a bit at night when the window is open. If the door is closed, the wind whistles through the window even when it's not very windy outside. -One more thing we noticed was the frying pan. Although it has a non-stick coating, it came with not only a plastic spatula but also a metal one. As a result, the pan had been heavily scratched, presumably by previous guests. I'm not sure it's still safe to use and would recommend replacing it. -The biggest inconvenience was the payment process. For some reason, the payment is not processed through Booking.com, even though the platform normally allows you to pay directly. Communication with the hosts is also very difficult. The customer service number can only be reached during a limited time on weekdays, and they were not available on Saturday/Sunday. At the same time, we received a large number of automated messages and reminders, which felt more like spam than helpful communication. It was also unnecessarily complicated to update the invoice to include the fee for our dogs. The payment had to be split into several separate transfers, each of which then had to be confirmed.
