A brand-new vacation home was built at the Uhleck farm in 2021.
The first floor features a spacious living room and an adjoining large open kitchen.
From there, you can also access the large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
From the living area, you can step out into the garden, which features a dining area and sun loungers. A sweeping view opens up across the pond into the countryside, where sheep, horses, and cattle graze.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a study with an additional sleeping area, and a large terrace.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from mass tourism but still want to be just a few minutes’ drive from the island’s lively seaside resorts and tourist hotspots, this is the perfect place for you.
The property is child-friendly, and pets are welcome.
From here, you can wonderfully explore the island’s diversity and its varied landscapes between the Bodden lagoon and the sea.
And if the wind blows a bit stronger in the spring or fall, we have a cozy sauna area where you can warm up again.

Man fühlt sich sehr herzlich aufgenommen, das Haus ist neu und wirklich sehr schön. Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt.
Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet Jasmund ist für stressfreien Urlaub sehr angenehm.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!
