The sunny, cozy HERZZEIT apartment has been furnished by the owner to a high standard—luxuriously and with great care, down to the smallest detail. The idyllic location on the coast and near Jasmund National Park (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site), with its ancient beech forests and world-famous chalk cliffs, will delight you. In picturesque surroundings, and without needing your car, you can hike, bike, ride horses, play golf, sail, go on fishing excursions, and enjoy the unspoiled wilderness of the primeval forest. A sensory experience in every season.
You’ll enter your HERZZEIT through a barrier-free entrance on the first floor of an elegant, light-filled Bauhaus villa. With a spacious 62 square meters, it’s suitable for 2 people plus a toddler, and your four-legged friend is also very welcome. Enjoy the high-quality interior furnishings from the Riviera Maison brand. The walls are adorned with selected original works of art by artist friends. The cozy living area, featuring an integrated kitchenette, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washer-dryer, leaves nothing to be desired. In the cozy bedroom with its own walk-in closet, you’ll be pampered by a wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed. You’ll especially love the spacious spa-style bathroom with a bathtub and a barrier-free rain shower. Two large-screen TVs in the living and sleeping areas, free high-speed internet, and a small stereo system round out the amenities. You can access the sunny garden—also barrier-free—via the spacious, rain- and wind-protected terrace, which features a beach chair, lounge furniture, and an electric grill. Continuously adjustable privacy screens have been installed on all windows.
