Vico Rooms and Terrace

Room was bigger than I thought, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent. Room had a mini kitchen which was unexpected.

A little tricky to get in on the first day with the electronic key but the helpline was good.

Beautiful older building with a nice view. The furniture, nightstands, TV on the wall, and the decor was all very nice and modern. Also, they supplied a power converter in case you forgot one.

First the keypad on the outer wooden doors first gives you an error. You have to keep tapping the screen before the full number pad is displayed. Also the shower head holes were all blocked so water stream just pours out of the edges.

The service was exceptional, the property is very clean, lovely staff, highly recommend

The location was perfect for an early morning tour departure. Room, common area and terrace were modern and well furnished.

Challenge!!! to enter independently through four different access points. I notified them we would not be eating breakfast the first day as we would be leaving prior to the posted 8-10 am breakfast time. I also notified the company there was no cold water in our unit. I was told to run the water (which I had already done unsuccessfully for 20 mins. They said they checked on it the next day-still no hot water. the third and final day it was resolved. When I reached out the second day to see where the breakfast was I was informed they were no longer providing breakfast. Even though it was part of what WE paid for they could have told me the day before when I texted them about not needing breakfast the first day? The private airport transfer they booked for us did not show up as, according to the company, they "hotel" had booked for 6 hrs later. At least I did have the agency number and they were able to find a driver for us.
