Gaining entry-exit was very complicated but otherwise a lovely stay.

It was clean and beautifully furnished and kitted out. The area was charming..a typical Loire- region with tuffeau buildings of charm in a beautiful calm setting. Free parking was great. A local bar serviced a shady tree covered terraced area over the road.

The toilet was very cramped. It would be unusable for larger people. The method of accessing the property was stressful and complicated. You must authorise a refundable deposit before you arrive. The codes for the automatic entry for outside door and key compartment are then sent to smart phone. Except…these messages in French were badly translated into English so we had to ring the owner and try to get the codes. Once in there was another flat upstairs and the man locked us in when he left!! Nightmare…It was also obligatory to photo everywhere on entry and exit to show you had cleaned and not spoilt anything.

La serviabilité de la Propriétaire, sa disponibilité, son amabilité, le confort de l'appartement, ainsi que sa propreté et tout le matériel mis à disposition pour se faire à manger. c'était tout simplement SUPER.

Avoine, une jolie petite ville.

L’emplacement, la propreté, la petite cuisine bien équipée et les wc séparés de la douche.

L’arrivée impersonnelle sans contact visuel avec la propriétaire ( mais cela est valable pour d’autres locations ) qui se généralise trop souvent. Les oreillers car ils doivent être confortables et souvent négligés dans la literie. L’extérieur pourrait être un peu aménagé.
