    It's a nice fancy looking hotel, self check in and just contacting front desk for needs. I will say the free breakfast food could be a lot better but overall good.

    This was an unpleasant stay. The hotel’s location was okay cause it’s near Ximending. The hotel’s cleanliness was so bad, it reeks. The room’s were subpar. The bathtub had hairs. We had to upgrade the room to have a bathroom with toilet seat bidet. Front desk staff weren’t nice. The housekeepers are the only nice staff we encountered. Two women housekeepers. The guy housekeeper was rude. Breakfast options were only few but some were good. Although, the cleanliness of the restaurant was also bad, it smelled like pee just like the lobby. All in all, we do not recommend this hotel.
