room with bath tub only has mildew on ceramic tile wall. Bath tub too deep not good for senior folks to get out

Location was great, staff are friendly. Price was good for DaAn.
Poor housekeeping - we stayed 8 nights in two rooms, a suite and the superior double. As soon as I walked in I saw multiple strands of hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, and mould in the shower - rooms are very old & dated. They don't vacuum the rooms every day so had to request it separately. There's no central heating (only aircon and fan) so we were freezing and had to request extra blankets and an electric heater. No basic amenities (govt regulated) or mini bar items, breakfast ends at 10am and the range is limited. No parking available, no gym.
