The personal touch of a cake on arrival - was good too!
Would like to see an electric shower in there, as the one currently is pretty powerless, and the temp changed randomly (no other water being run in the property).

Comfortable warm welcoming. Lovely garden and bench to sit and enjoy surroundings . Easy to find and ideally situated. We discovered Epney, one of the good places to watch the Severn Bore was only 4 miles away so were lucky to witness 2 5* bores ! Lots of national trust places to visit and historical places and towns of interest nearby
There were lots of cobwebs and it needed a deep dusting, the tops of radiators were thick and the high beams too.
