Good hotel for a good money

Self check in is very convenient. There is small common kitchen, so you can use fridge. The room clean and comfortable.

Will never stay here.

It was very hot and the room did not provide a or AC. Cleanliness was also an issue. Reception doesn’t work the weekend so if there’s any issue, no one is there to assist.

Clean, good location, bagel shop AMAZING!

Quite location with tram close by to take you to the airport or into the city centre

The only thing that would have made it better would have been a TV. We were there for the women’s Euros and I would have been good to see the other games in other cities.

Great value and awesome breakfast spot

Simple but spacious room with enough space to unpack comfortably. Self check-in and check-out were smooth. Underground parking is available for an extra fee. A big plus: breakfast is served at nearby restaurants. On weekends, it's at a bagel place just steps away — it was absolutely amazing: tasty, quick, and included in the room rate! Perfect hotel for these money.

Clean & Comfortable BUT Poor Communication

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

1. The reception or staff were unresponsive. When I booked the room I understood that there was small windows of time when the reception would be open. There is a number for emergencies, but NO ONE picked up the phone, so we were left on our own to figure things out. 2. We had free breakfast for the 3 mornings we were there, unfortunately one morning the resturant was closed and when I emailed about getting a voucher or reimbursement regarding the breakfast, I received no response. 3. The communication regarding what to do when you get there is confusing.

A great place to stay for airport runs

Good checking in process. Great location near the airport but also it's a local community with lots of stuff to do, play parks etc.

Sign posting could be better, especially for parking... maybe a photo so you can see what you're looking for!

Breakfast is awesome!! and room is pretty cool and clean, you can park in front of the building before 7am for free, they forget to give me the parking fob, so please make sure they will leave the parking fob int the key box.

we arrived at 6pm and we didn’t realize that the reception is closed at 5 and then throughout the weekend, so the entire checkin checkout is self serviced. took us ages to find the parking place…would be helpful if it can provide a map indicating the exact location.

Wonderful stay

A great experience overall, the person at the registration desk was very nice and welcoming and glad to give directions or help. The hotel is located in a great area, it was very quiet during the night, and it is walkable distance to public transport connections as well as Halle 622, which is very easy to walk to from the hotel as it's a straight line 90% of the walk. The breakfast is served at Bagel Boys right next to the hotel during the weekend, and it was extremely delicious. The room was clean, spacious, and had over 10 power sockets. I definitely recommend <3

Disappointing stay

Sustainable hotel, e.g. toilet flushing with rain water. Interesting neighbourhood, very sociable. Very close to Hallenstadion and to a bus stop going to Oerlikon Banff.

The hotel is very close to a road with a lot of traffic until late at night (Hagenholzstrasse). Extremely noisy then, coupled with poorly isolated windows. The lack of interior furnishing makes lots of internal echo. I will not stay again.

Nice and convenient place for Messe visits. No frills but functional, clean and quite. Value for money for the frequent traveller. Friendly personnel and good breakfast. Attention paid to environmental aspects of a stay.

Location was somewhat difficult to find particularly for late arrivals in the dark.

Fully satisfied, perfect rooms and very nice staff. Breakfast could be improved a little bit.

Room was nice, direct access to very roomy balcony/terrace that allows smoking - although shared with other rooms. Location great for business trips. Perfectly clean room and bathroom, cleaned even after first day. Fridge and kettle in kitchenette to make tea/coffee at any time.

Breakfast did not suit me, personally, too well. The selection of sweet breakfast options was surprisingly great and I ended up kind of enjoying it. However, I prefer savoury meals for breakfast and would gladly give up all the cereal + bircher müsli + yoghurt +fruit salad + croissant + nutella + jam for just a few more pieces of ham, or some eggs. I had to drink a lot of milk with the breakfast to meet my recommended protein intake :)
