The house, its grounds, and the surrounding area are very nice. The amenities and views are superb. There's a shared swimming pool. The only problem is sharing common areas with other tenants. Communication with the owner is good. The lack of an on-site manager is a bit of a problem. Small umbrellas don't provide any shade during the day. Overall, the property is nice and worth recommending. Views, house, facilities, surroundings.

Beautiful location 10 minutes by car from the historic Volterra town. Very spacious for two couples. Well-appointed kitchen with all necessary implements (without a Microwave, however...). The house is part of an 11 houses/apartments Condominium. Has a well-organized parking area and a large pool just 2 minute stroll from the house. This house is in a very quiet location. Excellent sleep quality.
It has no laundry washing machine and no microwave oven. Cable TV reception did not work during our stay. Missed a few exciting soccer games. There is very poor sound insulation between the two bedrooms.
