Clean and modern in an unbeatable location.

The location is unbeatable just a few minutes from the beach and the accommodation is built and furnished to a very high standard. The regular cleaning meant that the apartment was always spotless and we were well taken care of by the host Pepi. We travelled with a 6 and 1 year old, and the children were made to feel very welcome.

Very good accommodation and good value for the money

The apartament was very clean and with almost everything you need. It was very well cleaned every day and changed the towels every day. The location is good and you have a nice view to the sea. It is closed to a super market and restaurants. The owner, Pepi, is very friendly and wants you to feel very well and welcome.

Probably the only downside is that it lacks a dishwasher but the cleaning lady was washing all the dishes when we left them. We didn’t want that but sometimes we were in a hurry and we found them washed which surprised us.

Excellent location and host. The apartment has a gorgeous view. it was clean and comfortable. Beach and many restaurants at few minutes walk. ideal for a family with 1-2 kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location was good. Peace and quiet was good, lovely to hear the sea in the night. TV and wifi were good. Apartment was very attractive. Pepi was very helpful.

We are avid readers so we felt more reading lamps would have been a benefit. A medium size saucepan would have been good, there was only one smallish one and one huge one. Though there was lots of crockery, glassware, good sharp knives.

Balcony isn't very private at the price, there are 4 apartments as part of the place, if you're on the ground floor you'll be passed by everyone else as they come in. All very friendly but worth knowing.

A perfect holiday escape

We really loved our stay at Sugar and Almond. Our flight was really delayed and we arrived very late at night but Pepi was right there to welcome us. She responded very quickly to any questions we had during booking, after our arrival and during our stay. Our apartment (biscoto) was on the upper floor. We were welcomed with a lovely fruit basket and a bottle of wine. The apartment was new, modern, really spacious and very clean. All the rooms including the two bedrooms had the sea view and sizable terraces in front. The decor was neutral and tasteful. We really liked additional little balconies off the kitchen and next to the bathroom where we could dry our beach towels on the provided rack. That way the front terraces were free of our beach stuff. The apartment was nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped. There was a plenty of built-ins to store our things comfortably. There was a cleaning service daily by a lovely lady for whom nothing was a problem. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful sunsets in peaceful surroundings. Agios Stefanos is a quiet town with plenty of restaurant options, bakeries and a few grocery stores, one being a short walk from the property. We really loved Manthos Restaurant and the Waves Taverna on the beach. The apartment was beautiful and I do not think the pictures do it justice. Thank you Pepi for hosting us and for a beautiful parting gift.

Wonderful stay!

Great location. Stunning view. Everything you need and really clean. Great air conditioning. 2 minutes walk to the supermarket, 3 minutes from beach and lots of fabulous restaurants and bars also within a few minutes walk. This is our second stay here and we’ll definitely be back.

The apartment is in a perfect location, about 1 minute walk from the beach and stunning views of the sea from every front facing room and balcony. The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication from Pepi was excellent and she was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Can't recommend this place enough!

Das Apartment war super schön, mit einem tollen Meerblick und sehr nahe zum Strand. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und Pepi (die Gastgeberin) war stets sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Zwei tolle Wochen auf einer schönen Insel in einer schönen Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges und sauberes Ferienappartement. Die Lage ist ideal. Nur ca 400 m zum Strand. Gute Infrastruktur. Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem liegt das Appartement sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin Pepi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr gut mit Informationen versorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war alles perfekt.
