About this villa rental

The main part of the Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms w/ whirlpool tubs, state of the art Kitchen, formal dining room and living room. It also has 3 large verandas. The living room, dining room, kitchen and the master bed room have direct access to the large veranda. The master bedroom also has its own private veranda. The other 2 bedrooms share another large veranda. All bedrooms have very comfortable queen size beds. There is enough space for an extra single bed or a baby crib, in the master bedroom if needed. The unit accommodates 7 people.
This place has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Access to WiFi, and advanced TV cable service. There is a 42-inch smart TV in the living room area and a smaller TV in the master bedroom. Other items available are a hair dryer, iron and iron board, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. We provide everything for a comfortable stay, from flash light, umbrella to toothpicks! If the family travels with a baby, we can provide a crib, feeding chair, small bathtub, and a toilet seat. Towels are provided daily. Beach towels are also provided. Bed linens are changed 2 X a week and as needed. Housekeeping service is provided 3X a week. Toiletries such as shampoo, shaving cream, and tooth paste tooth brushes and dental flush are also been provided. In addition, there are available board games, coloring books, water floats, and puzzles. In the pantry, in addition to bathroom tissue, paper towels, and napkins, you will find coffee filters, water, wine, tea, sugar, and salad dressings and much more. And if you wish to prepare a meal, there are also several spices available.
The guests will have access to the best swimming pool in the area across the street. The Villa is located within a walking distance super markets cafes, bars, restaurants, discos, harbor, beautiful beaches, water spots, tennis court, tourist shops, travel agencies for local and long-distance travel arrangements, car and motorbike rentals, bus service to Corfu City/ town, Taxi service, medical and emergency care, ATMS and much more!

My husband and I stayed at Bennett Estate in June and it was a true home away from home for our 11 days stay. It was our first time in Corfu and it couldn’t be any better. Effie ( the owner and our gracious hostess) provided us with everything we needed and a lot more. Nothing was too much for her and we felt very taken care of. The villa was new, very spacious and spotless. Effie provided clean towels to us every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, but we preferred to eat out. While in Greece… The surrounding area with nice restaurants, super market and lovely Sidari beach is just 5 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a luxurious stay in Sidari to explore beautiful Corfu. Many thanks to Effie and John for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable. Already planning to go back there next summer.

Our family stayed here last week and had a fantastic time. Effie,the owner, could not have done more to make us welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.This was our first visit to Corfu and it exceeded our expectations. Sidari is a lively little place and we found the Bennett estate perfect being just a short walk from the centre. We would all recommend it from granddad at 66 to the youngest of 6!

Effie and John made us very welcome at the Bennett Estate from the moment we arrived with fresh flowers in the well stocked kitchen, until our departure after a relaxing holiday in the sun. They also provided useful advice before we arrived on airport transfers and car hire. As family group of 7, we stayed in the beautiful, spacious main part of the home, which was spotlessly clean and well services throughout our stay. The outside space is great with a dining area on a very large veranda, perfect for long evenings chatting, eating and drinking. We made good use of the nearby swimming pool at San George but were also made very welcome at Sunny Corfu Apartments pool, 5 minutes down the road. We would highly recommend the Bennett Estate as a great place to stay for those who would like a relaxing, quiet place to stay in easy reach of bars, restaurants and the beach.

Effie and John gave us the most heartfelt welcome, we stayed for ten days and did not want to leave. The villa is perfectly equipped for all your needs. Effie and John provided the essentials (Wine, eggs and water, even brought fresh calamari for us). I felt like i was at home with extended family. The villa is within walking distance to the main town of Sidari and Canal D'amour, Beach towels and toiletries are provided. Fresh flowers from the garden in a vase and fresh fruits from the trees in a bowl, I even went and picked lemons for our evening gin an tonics. This has been my 5th time staying in Corfu and it was the best stay of all. My partner and I had a bedroom with the on-suite (fantastic Jacuzzi bath) my step son and his fiancé had one room and her father had the other, we all felt that we had our own space. Effie and John provided lounger chairs that were so comfortable that we did not want to move from the balcony. Which for me was great, allowing my family to go off and do what they wanted and I stayed at home preparing dinner. I have had such a relaxing holiday, forgetting work and dreaming about living in Greece full time. I would fully recommend this accommodation for a luxurious break away. We travelled as a family (6 adults) to Siadri to stay at the Bennett Estate and what a great time we had. The villa is very luxurious with all the personal touches, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 good size bathrooms (1 is an en-suite) with plenty of wardrobe space and all the crockery and cutlery you need to make this a real home from home holiday.The owner Effie was really helpful and couldn't do enough for us making sure that our holiday home was as comfortable as it could be. The pool is communal and across the road, (which we didn't find impacted on the holiday at all) it was a really lovely clean pool attached to a hotel which sells drinks and food at very reasonable prices and very friendly,. There are supermarkets within a short distance walk and Effie the owner very kindly drove us to a large supermarket to stock up the large fridge freezer the supermarket had great quality meats and general shopping. On the owners recommendation we visited a restaurant called The Panarama Sunset restaurant which was amazing the views were great and somewhere you must visit. Sidari is a very friendly resort with lots of restaurants (Greek Tavernas) within a 10 min walk Sidari would suit all ages and I would highly recommend staying at the Bennett estate nothing was ever to much trouble for the owner.

I stayed at The Bennett Estate for a week with my two girlfriends this past summer. We stayed at the main part of the Villa and the accommodations were outstanding. The unit itself was very spacious with two very large bathrooms each with a whirlpool tub. The beds were comfortable, and the state of the art kitchen was very much enjoyed. The quality of the furnishings complimented the overall ambiance. The beautiful lighting entering the windows and balcony doors made the apartment so welcoming, along with the large marble fireplace. The outdoor verandas were endless, on all sides of the house and with plenty of room for dining and entertaining. The grounds were spectacular with roses, fruit trees and palm trees which we enjoyed while sitting on the outdoor furniture. Although the Villa is very private and in a residential area, it was within walking distance to the beach and town where you have access to all kinds of services and accommodations, including nightlife, restaurants, bars and shopping. Directly across the Villa is a beautiful pool with a bar and restaurant where we enjoyed having delicious food and drinks throughout the day. Very well priced might I add. Overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the Villa and the grounds. Housekeeping services were provided, including daily fresh towels, linens were changed three times a week, and beach towels were also provided. The owners of the Villa were very hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A definite place I would recommend and like to go back to!

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful place to stay...live, even! I traveled to Greece for a wedding and stayed here along with other guests. Effie made excellent recommendations to local restaurants. I have never had a better trip. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to stay at this beautiful villa again.

We just returned from staying at this estate which is walking distance from everything! The pool resort is 2 steps away. Very safe, friendly and clean. Our unit was very private and had it's own entrance. We stayed in the smaller unit but had the opportunity to see the main floor which we already booked for next year!

Last July, my Husband and I had the blessing to visit the island of Corfu in Greece and stay at the Bennett Estate for 10 days. The Estate is located at the edge of the resort of Sidari, Specifically, within 700 meters from the Sidari beach. In the resort area you find all kinds of accommodations for an enjoyable vacation. The Bennett Estate is a luxurious villa that consists of 4 units. The main floor where the owners usually state is the most luxurious of all units, with whirlpool bath tubs, state of the art marble fire place and beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. This unit is very spacious and has 3 large verandas. We stay at one of the twin units on the second floor. The unit had everything one needs to be comfortable. It has a large bedroom, full bathroom with a tub, and a large living area with the kitchen, dining area and living room area. There are 2 large balconies one off the bedroom and one by the living area. The unit can accommodate comfortably up to 4 people. The hosts, John and Effie, were very generous and accommodating. Although they were busy getting ready for their daughter’s wedding, they made sure that we had everything to enjoy our vacation from mosquito repellant for our balconies to toothpicks water and wine. Towels were provided daily and bed linens were changed 3 times. The large swimming pool and the beautiful gardens added to the beauty and enjoyment of our stay. The place is absolutely beautiful. Considering the quality of the place the price was very reasonable, @ $80.00 per night. We hope that one day we return with our children and Grandchildren and rent the entire villa if possible
