The location and outside space are incredible. We stayed here 6 years ago so knew what to expect .
Great shower
New washing machine
The villa is very dated and in need of upgrades .
Upstairs bathroom smells of drains
Mosquito screens not intact
Needs decorating and general tlc
Bed sheets are very old
Beds not great
We knew most of these things but the location outweighs any issues for us

The villa's location was fine, with a couple of bars & restaurants within walking distance.
The villa was lovely and clean with amazing ocean views.
Travelling to the airport and local towns was easy.
The kitchen was a bit tired & dated, being of older stripped pine units.
The downstairs toilet wasn't flushing, plus the light switch was broken so the light didn't come on.
