About this villa rental
Casa Romero (Benissa) is a wonderful Mediterranean villa, elegant and very cozy, with incredible sea views from its spacious terrace and the fantastic barbecue and chill-out area. It also features a large pool with a children's area and tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style. It is ideally located, with a supermarket nearby, just 900m from Cala Pinets and 1.2km from La Fustera beach, with its fantastic restaurants. Pets are welcome (€50 extra charge).
If you wish, you can order additional services such as a cot and high chair for any young children (50€), baby bath (25€) and swimming pool towels (10€ per towel, bedsheets, and bath towels provided free of charge). We also can provide early check in and late check out services but please contact us directly for more information regarding these services.

DISTRIBUTION:
The villa has 2 floors connected by stairs. On the ground floor, there is a nice dining room with large windows with sea views and access to a terrace. The living room leads to a cozy modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen elements necessary for a perfect stay . The kitchen has a nice terrace that is ideal to have breakfast and lunch. On this same floor there are 2 double-bed bedrooms with an integrated bathroom and as well a toilet room between the kitchen and the living room.
The upper floor is perfect for a family with 2 kids as it has 2 bedrooms connected through the bathroom and a big terrace with sea views and a sofa to read or enjoy a drink.
The exterior of the property has a surface of 1.200 m2 with the following areas:
- an ample swimming pool with 2 areas for grown-ups and for kids.
- a very big terrace with a dinner table, chillout area and barbeque area .
- a garden accessible from the back of the property that is located on the lower level.
LOCATION:
The villa is strategically situated to access the sea (Cala Pinets at just 900 meters and playa La Fustera 1200 meters), with several nice restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance.

Stylish and well appointed Villa. Kitchen well equipped. Nice touches like beach chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor fan above seating area made outdoor eating cooler. Very good customer service by Almarina Villas.Please note upstairs twin bedroom only accessed via master bedroom. Also beds in there futon style only suitable for children.

We had a short stay at the Villa and loved it. The swimming pool, seating areas and BBQ’s were perfect for our family of seven. The villa is well equipped, plenty of tables and seating both in around the garden. 6 sun beds and the kitchen had plenty to enable us to cook each night. We will be back.

Our stay at this holiday house was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious the house is, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The views from the property are simply stunning, and we couldn’t get enough of watching the sunset from the terrace each evening.
The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to both the beach and the supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for daily outings and groceries. We also loved the cozy relaxation area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep every night, and both the kitchen and bathrooms were modern, well-equipped, and spotless. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the brand-new BBQ area—it’s perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. We enjoyed several nights grilling and dining al fresco.
Overall, this house had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
