The pool, air conditioning and beautiful garden were the outstanding features of this charming accommodation. The friendly hosts were also delightful.
The WiFi didn’t work in our room which was frustrating. There was nowhere to sit in the room except the bed, though there are lots of lovely places to sit outside. Our bathroom was a very strange cupboard under the stairs, down 3 steps, which often felt a bit dangerous.

nice pool, clean place, warm welcome, 10min by car from Pistoia, scenic hills,
loud music (a party) in the neighbourhood but might have been bad luck (only stayed one night)

Loved the hosts - very warm and friendly. The pool was the best! Great place for a family.
The breakfast could be improved with some fresh fruit and local products (cheese, salami, bread etc)
