Wonderful hotel, a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful old building, friendly staff, good communication from the staff, nice big room. The breakfast was very nice. Perfect location.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great!

Such lovely staff, very spacious room, fabulous breakfast, they kindly held my bags for the day while i wanted for my train, and the vin santo and cantuccini in the salon was icing on top! In the middle of town and with original frescos and full of antique furniture it has a wonderful ambience, train station is a 15 minute walk away. One of the best overnight stays on this Italy trip.

Very good location, close the the city center and the Misericordia parking, which is at the limit of the ZTL zone (villa is inside the ZTL zone, parking is outside the ZTL zone). Location is inside an historic villa, looking very nice. The options for the breakfast could be better (especially the egg based products, an omelette would be nice but I know this is a small villa with a limited number of employees so it would be hard to do that), but the products that are present are of good quality. I received detailed info about visiting the Tuscan surroundings of the city. Considering the competitive price, you can't really expect more.

A mini-bar would be a nice add. Breakfast could have more options, especially egg-products.

Highlight hotel during our trip in Italy. Old authentic historical building in the city center. Big comfortable room with comfortable beds, Parking is 1 min from the hotel. We really loved the friendliness of the people working in it. Breakfast was magnificent: old authentic furnishing, porcelain cups and the aura of authenticity. Children loved the pancakes. Would recommend to anyone to experience this.
