This is the Emerald Coast done right. Mediterranea 410 not only looks out over the aqua waters of the Gulf hugged by white sand- it mirrors it. An excellent example of bringing the outside in, this renovated Destin vacation rental boasts a crisp interior accented by just the right shades of aqua and sand. More than just a calming color palette, the attention given to the upgrades and furnishings show pride in ownership and a heartfelt love of Destin’s beaches. You’ll love the white shiplap walls and modern coastal art.
This unit definitely has the amenities guests rave over- two beachfront balconies overlook the tropical lawn and pool deck, a fitness center, gated parking, tennis courts, grilling areas, deeded beach access and entry to the walking trail along the beach (just go right or left and you’ll discover an array of shops and eateries).
However, the details are what make this place special. The airy primary suite boasts a luxury bathroom with custom tile and balcony access; the second bedroom is also en-suite with a private balcony; and guests truly appreciate the extra half bath by the entry. The kitchen features stone counters, white cabinetry and new appliances plus every pan, pot and dish you’ll need to feel at home. Moreover, the LVP wood floors and full laundry room are ideal for keeping sand dunes where they belong.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We requie 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Propertys great amenities and arrangements fit our familys needs very well. The beach access and private location we had on the beach was very good too. 410D was ready for our saty when we needed it, some things could have been cleaner, vacuum was full when we went to use it, and areas needed some attention, but not enough to really be too worried about. Dont know if we could but we did leave salt and pepper shakers, foil, and dawn soap for the next ppl who stayed.
