This 3-level, beachfront townhome with a private beach features a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, lots of new furniture, comes fully stocked with beach gear, and features 3 patios overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The location offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin!

✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

Fantastic location! The host was very helpful. Everything was clean and in great condition. We experienced a small water leak one evening and the host had it repaired the next day.

We had a wonderful time… the unit is as described. The host was amazing. We were missing a beach umbrella and one was delivered to us within an hour. We would definitely book again. Thanks for a great time!

The private beach is the best part. That's what you're paying for. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed but unfortunately there is zero privacy and you can't pick your neighbors. My husband and I traveled with our sons age 9 and 8 and my mother in law. The neighbors on each side of us had parties of 14 people, were loud, obnoxious, used obscene language and had no regard for respecting others. Super disappointed but realize that's not the hosts fault - could have been an amazing 10/10 experience if our neighbors were small parties of respectful people and not 4 and 5 families combined into one small space. You have a reserved beach space in front of your rental that is 15ft wide. Unfortunately when our neighbors were 14 people they occupied well over 15ft and took over our space. Beach amenities were great and location is great.

House was nice & right on the beach. The parking was not the best because we drove 2 SUV’s and it was very tight. These are connecting complexes so you share a stairway with your neighbors. The bottom floor room is to itself it doesn’t connect to the other part of the house besides going up the stairs outside.
