Mediterranea is one of the most upscale condo complexes that you will find in Miramar Beach. It is a smaller complex with only four floors which means fewer people at the pool and on the beach. This is a 4th floor west end corner unit with breathtaking views of the beach and pool. West end corner units are always the most sought after in any condo complex on the gulf. This is a spacious unit with over 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
This beautiful condo has been remodeled with upgraded granite counters, stainless appliances, and new carpet. The spacious living room features a flat-screen television and upscale plush furniture. However, one of the unit's best features is its large wrap-around balcony that you can access from the living area or master suite.
With three bedrooms, Mediterranea 401A easily accommodates six guests, which makes this unit perfect for a family getaway. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony. Next, the second bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony as well. Beautiful condo, great location, excellent beach views. We will definitely be back we loved the location of our condo hopefully we will be able to get the same condo again.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo, the first 2 times everything was top notch. This time my wife and I took our daughter, son in law, son and daughter in law. This was their first time ever in Florida and we really wanted them to experience what we have experienced in the past at this resort. When we arrived gate pass code didn't work had to call and get new one. Then we didn't have any car passes and called several times with no call back. Then on that Monday the security guard (only doing his job). Told us if we didn't get passes we would need to park outside of gated community or be towed away. The answering service finally gave me a direct number to get passes. Then we were told that pool passes should be in room and that the last renter must have taken them (never did get those and was there 7 days). Called 2 days in a row to get into the gym and was told that they would send someone to unlock the door ( neither time did it get opened after waiting) so we gave up on that the rest of the week. Not sure if there has been a change of some sort but this stay was nothing like the previous stays. My wife and I have also told family and friends to stay here and they would never stay anywhere else, the place was clean and beautiful views but we will be reviewing other places next trip down. .I know things happen but for $3000 a week im sure there are some other nice places.
