Cozy, comfortable, home away from home.

Cozy studio apartment located minutes walk from a tram stop and with just a short journey to the city centre. Cupboards and fridge well stocked and kept topped up during the week. Owners extremely friendly and helpful, drove us into town on the day of a transport system strike and showed us a local sightseeing area with fantastic views.

Everything was great the lovely couple that received us are maravelous peraons, we didn't miss one thing, they made sure we had everyrhing we needed during the hole stay. We wish we had more time to know them better.

I cannot complain about anything, if I go back to Marseille I would try to go to the same place.

Great location, great facilities, amazing hosts! 100% recommend. Didier was amazing and gave us a tour with his car on our last day as we had been only getting around using public transport (which was great too), but without a car we couldn't see one amazing route so he offered to take us around it. Could not have asked for better host ❤ It is also super location for anyone planning to get around using public transport - perfect both for travelling around Marseille, or getting out of it by train as both tram stops and train station are really near by. The place also benefits from garden access - ideal for some peace and quiet after busy day in otherwise crazy busy city of Marseille.

Superb

Excellent public transport, very close to a tram station that brings you to city center in 10 minutes. Even though it's far from the center on foot, don't worry about it. The apartment is equipped with literally everything that is usually missing from other places. Small but has everything. The host is nice and helpful too. Cold breakfast was included, not very big but good quality.

Not much to complain about. Breakfast could have been bigger. Kind of shabby district but you can get to the center in no time.

Superb

The accommodation is ideal for a short visit to the city. We need a comfortable bed, a kitchen, and a shower for personal hygiene. It's all here. I was surprised by the nice high, and comfortable bed. Well stocked fridge with food. And an equipped kitchen. Our visit was in winter, but I can imagine how lovely it must be to sit on the outdoor terrace. The accommodation is in a quiet area, with only the occasional tram being heard. But I like that. I like trams. The hostess is nice, very pleasant. Hereby we greet her once again, and thank her for the stay. Lukas and Jana

Didier is a very generous man, always willing to help. I stayed only one night here but I wish I had stayed all three days of my trip in Marsella. He drove me in his car to my next hotel, he explained everything to me and was the nicest. I absolutely recommend his place.

Paradijsje aan de rand van centrum Marseille !!

We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de eigenaar Didier. Ongelooflijk gezellige binnenplaats waar we heerlijk onder de bomen konden zitten, van de vroege ochtend tot de late avond. Wat een plek!!  In de koelkast stond vanalles, lekkere zelfgemaakte jam, boter, kaas, flesje wijn, vers water en ook ham. Het is klein, maar functioneel en goed uitgerust. Het bed is zeer goed en een prima deken die niet van je afglijdt … Het ontbijt was zelf-service. Genoeg van alles in de koeler en voorraadkast, maar het zou leuk zijn om bijvoorbeeld elke ochtend een vers stokbrood of croissantje te nuttigen … -:)  Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding! Goede verbinding met de tram en iets verderop de metro. De gastheer was erg aardig en “loste alle probleempjes” snel op. Merci Didier!

Parkeren is lastig, overdag betaald parkeren in de buurt. Wij hadden van te voren een plek in de parkeergarage gereserveerd op ongeveer 1 km van de locatie. Bij het kerkhof schijn je gratis te kunnen parkeren …

Очень симпатичные хозяева, невероятно уютный дворик, хорошая звукоизоляция. Также было приятно обнаружить постель и полотенца не белые, а красивые, «домашние». Приятный район, ночью спокойно можно идти домой. Рядом булочная, супермаркет, аптека и пиццерия.

В раковине в ванной очень плохо уходит вода в водосток. Думаю, это поправимо.

Honnêtement ? Rien.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été glacial : aucun bonjour ni mot de bienvenue, en particulier envers ma femme qui porte le voile — ce qui a donné un profond sentiment de malaise. Le ton employé par l’hôte était sec et expéditif, avec pour seule phrase : « Vous partez quand déjà ? Samedi à 10h30 ? Ok » De plus, alors qu’un box pour garer notre voiture nous avait été proposé par message avant notre arrivée, il nous a finalement été refusé sans justification. Mais le pire reste l’état du logement : c’était extrêmement sale. Nous avons trouvé des poussières partout, des odeurs désagréables et un manque d’entretien flagrant. C’est inadmissible pour un hébergement proposé sur Booking. Mon épouse, en situation de handicap, s’est sentie très mal accueillie, presque humiliée, et cela a gâché notre séjour. Ayant voyagé dans plus de cinquantaine hôtels et B&B via cette plateforme, je peux dire sans hésitation que c’est notre pires expérience. Je déconseille vivement.

Un séjour très agréable et correspondant à nos attentes.

La grande serviabilité de Didier, son hospitalité. Le logement est situé dans un lieu particulièrement calme, et très proche du tram.

L'emplacement privé pour la voiture n'est pas trop grand, mais suffisant.

Séjour bien agréable

Tout en étant très discrets, nos hôtes se sont montrés très attentionnés à notre égard. Quel plaisir de goûter à la délicieuse confiture maison de Marie France, un pur délice ! Merci encore à Didier de nous avoir fait découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région il ne manque rien dans le logement, le confort est optimal, même les meilleurs guides touristiques sont à disposition

Étant très sensible au bruit, les nuits étaient compliquées mais ce n'a en aucun cas gâché le séjour. Nous savions dès notre réservation que nous serions à proximité de la ligne du tram, nous étions donc avertis

Agréable Pied à Terre bien situé

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Marseille ( 2mn du tram, 20mn du vieux port) , c'est vraiment un joli et confortable pied à terre sur Marseille, bien pensé avec tous les équipements nécessaires, le petit déjeuner à disposition et une mini cuisine pour se faire un repas. Lit confortable, extérieur prometteur pour l'été mais même en janvier j'ai pris mes petits déjeuners dehors ! le logement est en retrait de la rue quartier paisible ; le tram ne circule pas la nuit donc pas de nuisances de ce coté. Très bonne communication également avec les propriétaires
